We booked 5 nights here. When we turned up we were told our room was ready. It had not even seen a broom never mind a mop. Dead bugs wings and hairs everywhere complete with fag butt in top draw and plant pot outside full of them. Toothpaste from someone else still in the sink. The room stunk....we all cringed and matched out. The rest of the resort is nothing like the pretty staged pictures... The pool had not been cleaned nor the surrounding area. It is basically a pink painted building in a derelict area in a field. We were made to pay up front for this so lost all our money. After we complained they offered to 're-clean' the room but we already decided the the whole place was just not up to standard and no the pretty place shown on the photos. No wonder they were the only place we needed to pay up front.....DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF BY THESE PEOPLE WHO HAVE ZERO STANDARDS IN CLEANLINESS…

One if my favorite hotels. It's old but grand. The staff are truly nice and helpful. Fantastic pool area. Top breakfast. A bit of a walk but I like the rooms up high. Great view. Old world charm. Chillax zone.

If u are boring BALI or need to explore new experiences in others island of Indonesia, I recommend Lombok & Gili island where not far from BALI but totally different atmosphere, attractive spots . U can dive to see wonderful sculptures under the sea !! Visit cliff & alien’s stone. Lazy sitting on beach to see the sunset. Good hotel room & services. People so kindness. The last but not least is a party night on boat , must try !!!

We stayed here for one night before heading off to Gilli Air. We arrived late due to delayed flights. The night porter wasn't overly helpful but we were all tired and just wanted our rooms. We got into the room to find so many mosquitos as they leave the unoccupied rooms wide open. We then found that the aircon did not get cold. We tried to explain this to the porter, he just called his manager and handed over their phone, reception was terrible and kept cutting off. We asked for a new room and after another attempt at a phone call he reluctantly moved us to another room filled with mosquitoes. They had water in the room and bed was comfy. Morning breakfast was nice. But when we went to get a drink of orange juice that was out we were told this was a welcome drink only... Although we hadn't had this offered in the welcome... Overall the stay was average. We didn't stay long enough to meet many of the staff so they could possibly be more helpful. The pool looked nice but we didn't use this either. …

The hotel was better than we had expected. The exterior of it may look quite run down, but interior was okay. Staff was friendly. Wifi was not too bad. But room is not that clean, especially the bathroom where water had difficulties to get drained, and got slippery because of pooling of water on the bathroom floor. We stayed at downstairs, and the swimming pool is right outside of our room. The pool looked nice though we didnt have the chance to swim in it. But it was nice to have breakfast by the pool side every morning, relaxing. Breakfast was simple, nothing special. The hotel is located at an alley, and it's very dark at night so it's better to have always a torch light or at least a powered handphone as torch light at night. There are some restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, but not too happening as most of the shops are closed at night except for the eateries. If I had the chance i might consider coming back here again considering the price range.…

The hotel is at a tiny spot fitted with a beautiful Swimmingpool in the middle of the area. In front of the hotel rooms is a cute outside furniture. The rooms were not super clean, especially not the bathroom. It’s floor seemed not to be cleaned and the sheets were not 100% clean. The staff was very very friendly and courteous. I would visit Lombok Senggigi Hotel definitely again!

The staff is really nice and the design of the hotel is beautiful. The breakfast was okay aswell. But it is not clean there at all! The sheets in our first room were definitely not changed. When I asked them to change them, they offered us another room. Sheets still did not smell fresh but at least there were no stains on it anymore. The floor in the bathroom was extremely dirty, there were tfootprints and ants allover. Therefore the condition of the room was disgusting but because of the nice furniture and the kind staff I would rate it 3/5.

Walking in felt like not what budget hotels looks like, it was more grand than expected. The exterior that is. I felt the rooms were old, musky, grey and run down. Sheets were grey, floors were stained, toilet was meh. Was buggy and extremely full of mosquitoes at night. Helpful staff. Beautiful landscape around the pool. Civilisation was about a 3 min walk. It gets pitch dark at night as you're walking through alleys to get here, be sure to have a torch light if you don't want random animals running by you or on you.
