The staff was absolutely amazing. Two of us crashed on scooters (on seperate days) and they brought us to the hospital, waited, dealt with the scooter renters and brought us back. They also fixed a flat tire for free. Always smiling and made decent food. The view from the hotel is amazing and the location great. Clean rooms, decent bathrooms and amazing view from the bungalows as well. Very happy we chose this resort. Love you guys!

So, the hotel is in a convenient location ie junction of universal boul with International Dv. Transportation from hotel is excellent to universal and Volcano Bay. Cleanliness of room, poor. First night there found that I had a dirty gungky mark with hair stuck to it on my bed sheet, I went to reception to complain, was given a complimentary meal voucher and assurances that the linen will be changed. I then found out that they had just turned the sheet around. I went back to reception and they sent the head of the household services to my room. She couldn't speak very good english, changed my sheets and kept saying that this is universals first basic hotel. Basic but not damn cheap. I at least expect clean linen. Really really disappointing Universal. This hotel is not cheap in price, and It was sold to me that 4 adults could comfortably fit in 1 room. Where I would like to know. There was 3 very small draws and very small waldrobe in the room which also cont. the iron, ironing board and safe. Therefore we lived out of our suitcases on the floor. My recom - great if there is just 2 of you in the small rooms. Staff need a lesson in customer service on the desks. Manager needs to come out of his office now and again and deal with customer complaints. The rooms are only big enough for 1 couple and 1 suitcase. There has been no consideration to draw/wardrobe space. There is no tea/coffee making facility in room which i expect in the most basic of hotels. There is a mini fridge.

If you comfortable on a scooter I would reccomend renting one and riding over to this location. The drive over from Mataram of Lombok airport has some good roads that make for a fun ride. The place itself is perched on a hill overlooking the bay (makes for a lovely sundown spot). The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and pretty modern. If you’re looking to do more than relax there isn’t much to do right next to endless summer. It’s a short 15 ride to Kuta which has a decenct selection of restaurants and a few bars. There is a restaurant at Endless summer too, and it was pretty decent if you weren’t interested in traveling to Kuta. Overall a really pleasant stay.

We stumbled upon this little gem whilst on a moped ride around South Lombok. And what a gem it was!! Beautiful location and great venue, lovely clean pool and nice decor through the main bar and seating area. The staff were friendly and helpful and even drove 30km to the nearest market to pick us up some Bintangs as they didn’t have any large in stock. The food was average but the pool and location made up for it. Highly recommend making the drive here as it is a truly stunning view. We came back twice.

The view was the only good thing about this place. The staff genuinely tried to be nice but you could tell they were frustrated as they dealt with a large string of complaints daily. There is also a huge language barrier as none of the staff members speak good English. Major points to note: - hotel is very isolated, nothing is within walking distance - not even to get bottled water - the hotel can call you a cab but the cabs are reluctant to go to the location so it may take several hours for one to arrive - power goes out constantly (72 times in 2 hours if you get frustrated enough to actually count) - as the power goes out the AC doesn't work properly - locals come by every day/night to use the pool (which only has 4 lounge chairs) and take photo shoots in front of the view - so if you are wanting to come here for 'peace and quiet' you won't get it. At all. - water was out for 2 of the 3 days of our stay meaning no showers. From the sounds of the other guests this is a common thing -if you have any dietary restrictions or are a vegetarian DO NOT STAY HERE - there are no other restaurants within walking distance and their menu does not accommodate - the restaurant does not keep the kitchen fully stocked so you never know which menu items they will actually have Some more positive things: - wifi is connected to satellite and doesn't always go out when the power does -there appears to be some sort of backup generator to help with the power outages but it's power is short lived (worked for a few hours our first night then stopped) - you can rent scooters from the hotel but they need to be rented in advance
