We stayed one night in the 'old' building which does have atmosphere. The best thing was the view of Mount Inarie. The breakfast was also adequate and the staff were friendly. Apart from that not a lot to recommend it - there was no air conditioning, no Wi-Fi, the bed was not very comfortable, the bathroom not very pleasant and... More

I only enjoyed the Bajawa coffee, because the coffee they provided is added with some gingers. You have to ask to stay in the new building instead the old one, although the new building is more pricey than the old one. If you stay in the old building, you will find yourself hard to get the water supply in the... More

We ended up here because everything else in Bajawa was booked. Hotel has 2 buildings on opposite sides of a road and thus us noisy. We stayed in the old building. Rooms are small, newspapers used to keep Mosquitos out, bathroom not very nice... Wifi not working, staff had no idea what they were supposed to be doing and nobody... More

Make sure you stay in the new bit of your budget allows. We stayed one night in room 6 which was great but then had to move to room 20 which is the only other family room in the old hotel. 20 is very noisy with a steal roof and a lot of echo from reception. If it rains the... More

This hotel (with rooms at both sides of the street) is a modest hotel with clean rooms and basic facilities. Wifi should be available, but the cable was broken. The restaurant and service are very basic.

Stayed for one night. There was no TV and wifi but hot water is available. The room is big but not "homy". Breakfast is okay. Maybe it's best in the town. A friend who stayed other room saw there was a leech at the shower room. But I didn't see any in my room.

The rooms are nice, the staff is very friendly. Though the road is pretty noisy... Better to take rooms located far from it. You get hot water for your shower. The pancakes for breakfast were not so good, prefer the eggs.

Slept here for one night. We had two nice rooms at the back with a long dining table on the landing. Nice welcome. Staff seem very happy to have us there. Upon arrival tea and coffee was served. For dinner we went into town which was only five minutes drive. Toast and omelet was served for breakfast with tea and... More

Strange being the only guests in a hotel such as this. Great period architecture, a sort of Himalayan feel to the place, it all felt somewhat surreal and the sound of Hotel California, never left me! Onto the helpful stuff, the room was huge, and we had another mattress put into the room for our son. It was great value,... More
