Warms welcome and fully informative by the concierge guys and also pleasant service on the front desk. Great variety breakfast and awesome restaurant service and lovely view on restaurant terrace also. Gueat rooms is clean and spavious space, very recommended Hotel in Batam
Nice place to stay. Stayed there for 2 nights on the 10th floor. Quiet, refurbished rooms, clean. Friendly staff, really willing to help hotel's guests. Big selections on indonesian traditional food. Lack on western. 24hrs cafe on the 11th floor
Stayed here for 2 nights. The room is surprisingly spacious. the breakfast are good also, the hotel has enough variety of breakfast spread to choose from. The staff is quite friendly as well. However i think the hotel is on the older side. The carpet need to be clean because there are quite alot of black spot on the floor in my room. But overall, it is a good place for short stay. PS: check out the view on the top floor. it is amazing especially at night.
For the price, it is really worth it. Great selections of food for breakfast buffet The staff are very friendly & helpful. The location is near to most of the landmarks and there is also a free shuttle provided to Nagoya Hills shopping mall, Mega Mall & Batam city square. However, the pool is not great so just give it a miss.
I travel a lot around the world and this is the first time I had to write about a hotel as terrible. Firstly, the people at the reception do not understand much English, so it was difficult to communicate. 2. My husband and I were given a room with twin beds, when I asked for a large bed, they said they don’t have and will join. However, the joining didn’t make us sleep together. 3. When we stepped into the room, it was smelly, so we switched the ac. The ac was not working and made a huge noise. We called the boys around, who done understand English. Then after some time someone came through and fixed the ac. In the meantime, they offered us the next door room and after checking that, I found the same problem with the ac. My question is why the rooms are not checked before allowing them to your customers when you are considering yourself to be more than 3 stars. 4. The breakfast was not of good standard and none understands English. So with a lot of difficulty we have to make them understand about poached egg. 5. The worst part is to go back we had booked their car and the night before we went to confirm about the timings. The lady at the reception confirmed that she spoke to the driver and the driver will be arriving at 11:30 the next day morning. The next day, when we went downstairs to checkout and enquired about the car. The lady now in the reception didn’t have a clue about it. We asked her to check our details and she said that the car will arrive at 12. When we informed her that we had booked the car for 11:30 as we need to reach the ferry terminal earlier for the chinese new year rush and we had been confirmed earlier for the time. She then called the driver and informed us that the driver is stuck in the traffic and will come soon. The driver arrived at 11:50. We asked the driver about it and he said that he was not informed anything about our travel plan. He was told at 11:27( which was the time when we checked out and asked for our car) and he came running. How can your staff lie to your customers? Are you providing the services for free that you are behaving such unethically. Why did the lady at the reception lie the previous night about confirming and the lady next morning say that the driver is stuck in traffic when the driver was not told even. Except the driver Fahme, none in this hotel has any customer ethics. This hotel doesn’t even reach a 2 star category. An absolute disgrace to the hospitality industry.…
