From the staff, sales, hotel staff, the service is quite good, agile and friendly, the food is quite delicious but the lunch and dinner menus are less varied. Unfortunately, last night there was an incident where the ceiling of the villa we were using collapsed, proving that the wood was fragile, maintenance was not monitored properly and the comfort and safety of the guests staying was disrupted. The solution was given to move villas, but this incident still made the participants feel less confident about their safety in the replacement villa because the wooden floor made a sound and the window glass vibrated when passed. Hopefully in the future attention will be paid to villa maintenance and if it is already fragile it will not be rented out to guests. Continued success for Jambu Luwuk Resort Puncak

I had a twin bed room at the second floor of a bungalow with 2 of my friend stayed in teo different rooms at that bungalow. The room is clean with basic ammenity. I should walk such a distance up to my room.. And climb upstair.. So it will be hard for old people or somebody on wheelchair to have a room like that. The meeting room is big enough for 100-200 people, but they should try to serve better kinds of food and the tastier one for the dinner.

Typical Jambuluwuk Resort, a wooden villa with fine furniture which in my humble opinion are great classic looking villa. Try to avoid villa near the pool, especially in weekend. Also it's hard to get a parking space in weekend.
But the location itself still near from the end of highway and there's small shortcut road to the Taman Safari but not recommended in night.
The price itself was affordable if you looking the place for more than 6 peoples.

We came check in at 19:00, the room was not ready yet. So we waited outside our room and we saw the damaged mattresses standing there. I was surprised when I saw that. Then When we came into the room, I saw the bathroom was even worse. I was so disappointed… So We went to the restaurant, we have ordered spaghetti for my 7 years old kids who never ate spicy food before. When spaghetti was arrived, turned out it was spicy. So we said about it to the waitress. And the waitress simply said to us,”ok I will tell your complain to the chef”. After she said that to us, she went back to her chair and sat down. 😳😳😳 And she did nothing to my complain. After restaurant we decided to go for swim. We found out the swimming pool was cold and dark. So that evening everything is disappointing. So we decided to leave resort as soon as possible. Early morning we went check out. There we told our unpleasant experience to the reception and he also said the same, “I will tell this to the manager” and that’s it unfortunately. He did nothing to our complain. Unbelievably!!!
My kids asked me "mom why does the 5 star hotel look like this?" And I said to them, "It is a 5 shooting stars. The four stars have fallen and now there is one left 🤣🤣🤣".
Conclusion: Never again Jambu luwuk

Although the villa it self is big and spacious, but the condition inside and outside villa is poor and little bit dirty. First the environment: fresh air but the garden is lack of maintenance and looks dirty. Second, the villa: is big and had a bathroom in every cabins but a lot of big black ants everywhere, and not so clean in every corner of the villa. We had a problem almost in every air conditioner (not cool and off every 30 minutes). So they busy for 5 hours to fixed it. On the second night, we had a black out during the rain and seems that they dont have a generator set, so we are in dark for about 30 minutes, no wifii during that time and we cannot contact the reception to tell and ask. Bad service. Third, the breakfast: some choices but nothing special. If we compare with another 5 stars hotel in pincak area like le emminence or pullman, jambuluwuk is the worst, the breakfast is only for 3 stars hotel in my oppinion. Overall, this hotel is nothing special at all. Its quite expensive if we compare with the vacilities they have. I will not recommend this resort to spend your money in this hotel

I visit jambuluwuk last week, it was our first time. the villa was nice, but the service and other was terrible. We booked the Place for early checked in for two villas and also we book all place for our company gathering, and the marketing was confirming on the contract but once we arrived there, there is only one villa available. And while we have our lunch which we asked them to be ready on 12.30, they are not finished yet, and we count it not complete as our order. For the big name as Jambuluwuk, we are not only looking for nice villa or area, but the service must be great.

I'm staying for 2 nights with my wife and kids, as i already booked/paid for two nights through Agoda, something that i'm regret to do so. This hotel was not clean, i can understand that there was alot of trees and vegetation near us, so we can found alot of ants and bugs, but not just that, the hotel/villa itself not well cleaned or prepared. Here and there i found alot of stain and debris/trash from the previous occupant. Also, the hotel located near the street, you can hear loud pipes from motorcycles all the time. Which is not good, for that i can't blame the hotel, just something that you should consider when choosing this hotel.
They have 2 swimming pools, which also not being cleaned regularly, i only saw it a guy that clean it in the morning, but left with fallen leaves for entire day. Other facility like children playground also not being maintained or cleaned, they left some broken vehicle which is not safe for children. Personally, i wouldn't recommended this place for family vacation, more suitable for office event/training.

Stayed in this hotel for 1 night for a meeting just to experience all food served were always lacking (not to mention its taste), from breakfast, lunch, dinner and 2 coffee break. Room amenities are not well maintained. Hotel management should improve their staff's service and hotel infrastructure.
