Overall, the service and facilities at Amanuba Hotel & Resort are good.
There are positive values and negative values which I will convey later:
=> Positive value: 1. Access is easy to reach and quite close to the toll gate and also free of traffic jams
2. The service from all the best staff (starting from the front office to the restaurant) is quite friendly and polite, when we asked questions and asked for information we were also helped and answered with positive and informative responses
3. The cleanliness in the room is quite OK (score 9/10), only there are still some covers on the sofa which show white spots in several spots (we happened to take the suite type and there are sofa facilities)
4. With the price we paid, we were quite satisfied with the existing facilities and services, especially what we took was the Honey Moon Package which included room decoration & romantic dinner
5. The check out process was quite fast and didn't have to wait a long time, especially at that time we had to check out early because we had to catch up on other agendas
=> Negative value: - The cleanliness of the lift facilities needs to be improved, because when we used the lift (especially since there is only 1 lift access & facilities) the floor looked quite dirty and there were also drink spills which looked sticky, we experienced this condition from last night until the next day we checked out

Like a treasure trove, it's well hidden inside Rancamaya area. But, thanks to Maps, you could easily find your way in if you follow the guide.
When you arrived, it's like you're suddenly teleported to Ubud. With the receptionist wearing Udeng and gamelan plays in the background, you could almost think that you're in Bali.
We fell in love with the room almost immediately. It's not that big, but the it has a homey feeling, with warm lightings and a minimalist designed interior.
The staffs are super helpful too. When we found the problem with the light switch and the phone, they suddenly popped outside our room to have them checked and fixed.
The minor problem is the fact that the room is not that soundproofed. We could hear, though muffled, sounds and conversations from the room beside us. But, again, it doesn't make our stay less happier.
In the morning, we try the infinity pool. Due to the rain last night, the water seems a bit cloudy. It would be better if there's a cleaning staff, but we paid no mind to it and jump straight into the cold water.
As for the food, we don't have a chance to taste them, since our room excluded the breakfast. Maybe next time we'll try them out.
So, to summarize, we'll love to have another stay in this lovely resort !

I stayed with my family for a staycation holiday near Bogor because previously I had business in Bogor. It turns out that the location of the hotel is quite deep, but the road access is not narrow for cars. The check-in process was quite fast, and you can see in the lobby there is a large swimming pool. When we checked in, there was a smell coming from the trees near the room which was quite unpleasant, making it difficult to complain. the rooms are quite, very standard (when compared to equivalent star hotels). Our mattress was quite dirty because my wife was very concerned about this, so I had to call the room boy to change the pillow and bed sheets. the air conditioner is quite cold. there is a separation between the room and the exit, so you don't need to enter the room with slippers.
there is a yard large enough to play basketball (there is a ring), my child quite enjoyed it because I had prepared to bring a basketball and soccer ball from home. Apart from that, the essence of this place is next to the rice fields, it's quite eye-catching, even though it's not too big. There are 2 large pools, a children's pool and an adult pool, my suspicions turned out to be correct, from the start I wondered why the water was green, when I stepped on it and rubbed the floor and looked inside, it turned out there was a lot of moss flying in the water. This should be a concern for hotels regarding this matter.
My family and I also ordered food here because it was close to our room and facing the swimming pool, the food tasted normal in my opinion, the price was not too expensive/standard. Luckily you can order a Gojek if you don't really like it. Breakfast is quite varied and quite tasty.

First time staying at Amanuba Hotel & Resort Rancamaya. and this was the most enjoyable and memorable stay experience because I have usually tried several hotels in the Bogor area, but this time it felt very memorable. Starting from check-in, the staff service is very friendly, all greetings are with a smile and sincerely from the heart. Delivered to the room by the front office staff, then the room was very clean and tidy thanks to the housekeeping staff, so the bathroom was 100% comfortable, making the hotel look like a 5 star + + access to the floor using vinyl, making a warm impression. The breakfast is very varied and complete and suits the taste of the tongue, thanks to the FB service staff. Nice view. Lots of TV channels. Ample parking and easy access. All the facilities from the swimming pool to other activities, billiards, kids station, karaoke are very complete for a resort, so it won't be boring to spend 3 days and 2 nights at the hotel. Definitely will be back soon to Amanuba. Stay at room #303 from 25-27 August 2023 was nice experience ahead. Special Thanks to MR. we came around 12pm and the room was not ready. understandble since check in time is 2 pm. on 1 pm, staff inform us the room was ready. we stayed at the suite type. large room with large bed and sofa. tv channel was very limited and there is no kids channel. wifi connection also slow.
they have 2 pool (for adult and child each). cold water pool. the first time we want to take a bath, water heater was not working. water was cold. called the reception and they sent a staff to check but unsolvent. lucky, the next morning we call again and another staff come to check and it solved so we can have a warm water shower.
stay include breakfast and dinner. food quality was quite low. literally you have no choice there. only rice, vegetable, beef, fish, noodle and that's all for dinner. breakfast is no different. and the worst of all, the health protocol at the restaurant is really bad. we take our own food in the buffet and that's it seems like the normal time like no pandemic time.
to be fair, the ambience at the hotel was really good. you can enjoy peace and the scenery also good. but in our opinion, this hotel is not suitable for kids since there are no kids facilty (include no kids channel in tv)

Love the hotel, the ambience, the pool, rice field view, the breakfast, staffs, Balinese music in the background, made me hallucinate that I'm in Ubud.
But, too bad at night I had bad experience with other guests. A group of guest singing, yelling, laughing like crazy until 1 pm. It only stop until I complaint to the front desk.
