I was traveling to cikarang area and booked the room by phone 3 day earlier. At the time there was one lady on the other side of the phone she said that my room reservatio is confirm without asking any deposit or payment for the room. Until the day, there was no reconfirmation from the hotel side, so I think...

Not a bad hotel but not a great one either. It's a bit over priced for Indonesia Standards. Food was ok they were trying to cater to western cuisine. The lounge was ok for a hotel bar looked like a Mexican Cantina. no real music to speak of other than a stereo. if you had your own music you could...

This hotel has changed for the better! It would suit business people - as the hotel provides transport from the airport, and internet access. It would also suit tourists wishing to explore the local water park, the local golf course, Jakarta and the 'world-class' town of Rengasdengklok, once home to Sukarno. Prices are very reasonable for a junior suite. The...

Stayed here for 1 week. Noisy rooms from traffic. The staff were good but the level of accommodation was not great. This was reflected in the cheap room rates. Breakfast was poor and never varied. The area is very busy with traffic and run down. No opportunity to eat out. Ok for 1 week but better to stay in Jakarta...

Am trying to build a factory in Karawang, Indonesia. About 70km or 3 hours each way from Jakarta. Was looking for a reasonable location closer to the site. This hotel is in Cikarang - about 20km from the site. Love the shorter commute and the hotel and staff make a great effort, but you are still in the sticks. Hotel...

But when I checked in, I was told that the internet service is "included in the room" but "not included in the room charges". It takes me 30minutes to finally understand that what they mean is the wifi is...

During my 2007 visit, I discovered that this hotel has a new owner and a new manager. The hotel has been having problems with its computers. If you send an e-mail, it may not be received. The first room I stayed in (year 2007) had a defective air-conditioner. I was eventually moved to a room where the air conditioning worked.
