Stayed at camping ground.
The camp was clean with hot shower available. We enjoyed the bonfire and midnight snack. Rise early to catch the sunrise and take a dip in the hotspring pool. Nice natural music from the river. Great fun for kids.

Best option in the area, do not expect any luxury service.
Cheap furniture in the bedroom, not the comfiest bed, standard breakfast, they piped the natural hot spring to your bathroom (beware of the Sulphuric smell/ taste).

The room is good and clean. Hotel provides various breakfast choices. There is natural hot spring and it is not too crowded. I did not try the hot spring but my fellows did and I thought they enjoyed it.

Most of Indonesian got large family. If your family also wants to spend the night there, or live in surrounding area, it's still doable. Otherwise, you might want to check Bandung area hotel for the reception (plenty of them), then go to Sari Ater for the honeymoon.
