1. Very Strategic Location, connecting directly with Ciwalk Mall 2. Room Layout, not good due to the position of ur face when u sleep is directly in front of the toilet room. It was so disturbing when people in out to toilet room, makes u have not a good sleep. I dunno if other room layout might diiferent position. 3. Sliding Door of Toilet Room and SDB is malfunction. It means they did not do sanitizing check to ensure everything works properly before new guest coming 4. Breakfast is so so. But i dont enjoy due to fried rice, fried noodle, bihiun, kwetiauw is too oily compare than other hotel. The texture of fried fish is hard n seems not fresh. 5. The oom Entrrance eard is too sensitive when u passed in the lift. I have to reset twice to the lobby. 6. Car Park, combined with mall, so there is no parking area exlusivity for hotel guest. I just feel not comfortable to leave some luggage in the car and no security in the basement floor. 7. Hotel staff : very kind and helpfull 8. Lift : sometines has wet floor due to location in near with swimming pool, no dry first before entering the lift.

this was our 2nd stay here after several years. we are satisfied with our general experience here. the helpful staffs are contacting me prior to my check in so that my requests of connecting door and extra bed could be prepared beforehand. the breakfast buffet were great. the rooms were nice.
our only minor downside was one of our rooms seems to be previously used by smokers so the room were reeks of cigarette

I booked for only 1 night, because my daughter with her friends have stay cation here. The hotel is one area with mall, so it's easy to find food and anything else. The room is quite big and clean enough. Staff really polite and friendly. But I and my husband can't sleep very well because it's so noisy. Sound of open and close door is really loud. Maybe because the floor don't use carpet to minimize the sound.

When ever I stay in Bandung I book a room at the Sensa. The staff are always happy and the rooms clean. The breakfast buffet beats all other international hotels. The price is good and I find it super convenient.
After a prolong covid lock down the hotel probably needs a more detailed a deep clean and the internet needs to be upgraded.

From the start of check in there were problems... when checking in queued at the reception but no one offered help. Checking in took a long time waiting at 2 o'clock. When you asked for something by telephone you had to phone several times because it took a long time to arrive

Pleasant hotel in heart of bandung. Visited in March 2020 before Covid started spreading in Asia. Beautiful views of city Bandung and super convenient with shopping centre,food shops like fast food and even a supermarket at the basement just a stone throw away from the hotel. Breakfast was devine and we did try the room service as well which was considerably good. Will definitely book again once the pandemic is over.

Good hospitality, I think there's no issue about the service. I was waiting for the room but it's ok, Amy was managed the check-in with courteous manner and provide me the room with beautiful mountain view. The breakfast was so crowded but Fanzi help us to find out the table near the pool.

It's only the hotel reception who can give the quotation for that big group.
If there's difficulty in contact, there are several options.
1. It's easy to get a 4-5 seaters minibus from the airport. I would think, you will be looking at 600,000 rupees per car per one direction.
2. You can explore to have direct flight from Jakarta to Bandung.
3. There're frequent trains from Jakarta to Bandung as well which is very cheap.
