The food was delicious, the location is in the mid of the city. The workers responded quickly about our needs. There are variety of food in the resto who is palatable. The slightly disturbing one are the unusable glass stairs. It looks good but thr management put some barrier on them because of the risk of falling. Good policy. Better change the stairs to a wooden block.

The food is good, especially the fried rice. Really appreciate the fast respond staff when we report a problem or asked for additional amenities. The room is also clean. It was a nice experience to stay here with family

Its been a while since last time We stayed here.
Since our relatives stayed here,so We just joined them to stay here.
The location is great
The service is also great
The room was a bit run down,many moulds on the ceiling, the bed also needs to be replaced.
The breakfast taste also bland,We stayed there 3 nights and found out the breakfast quality always the same.
But since the price is not that expensive,We are not complaining.
Since our relatives stayed here,so We just joined them to stay here.

We stayed for 2 days during weekend in early June 2022. I usually never use valet service since my interior car consists many accesories as well as kidz stuff inside, but for this time the hotel valet service approached me many times that valet service is free of charge. Finally on 2nd day of my stay and coincidancely, a people communities conducted a Halal bi-Halal Event (local culture) after Lebaran Holiday, so I have to decide where I have to park my car. Hotel parking area at basement floor was occupied fully. The day after when I check out from hotel, without deep check to my car, about 1 km away, my kids protested why too many ants inside the car cabin? I tried to drop for 1-2 minutes and found ants around car doors and I continued my drive to home in Bekasi. All looks OK as we got sleep once arrived home. On Sunday, we have to go to Jakarta and very surprised! It was unbelievable, I can’t count anymore, let’s say a millions ants are found in my car!!! I complaint by calling hotel and asking their permit that I have to share this bad experience at Trip Advisor. Please be careful, free valet but I have to spent another 200-500K for cleaning my car from ants!

I just checked in and I got an old room with a not-so-nice view, in an adjacent building, not the main one. When I asked the reception she said the main room is for New deluxe type while she said that I booked for the Deluxe type.
As i wasn't quite sure, I checked my previous booking I made last Dec through the same platform Agoda and it is exactly the sam room type as I chose for my current stay. Difference was that at that time I got the room on the main building, a better one with better view.
I don't know why they do this but this is such a disappointing experience.

Perfect location in the famous jl dago or jl ir h juanda right in the center. Easy public transportation, nice pedestrian, surrounded by many small coffee shop, clothes factory outlets. The room size is quite big, the bed is big, the staff are nice and helpful, quick respond of room request. Love the pool in the 3rd floor because its half open and bit warm temperature. You can plug your charge in so many places, open balcony in breakfast restaurant, the back side of hotels. It has several small restaurant and coffee shop right at the back in a very quiet street. The food for breakfast is good and many variety.

Location is great, it is in the central of bandung city. I can easily find what i need around the hotel. The most important thing is i am easily go to find factory outlets.
The room is spacious, with comfortable bed and pillows. Very clean and cozy.

Start with uncomfortable parking with nobodys guarding at the extended parking gate, damn, customer car is not guarded.
Then, checkin into 517 room, the door locks doesn't work, no inner lock also. Well some service for customer service
The engineering team doesn't solve the problem right away. Gees, this is the worst experince staying at luxton. Btw, they charged additional idr 100.000 / day to have this room.
Well congrats luxton, you just made four star hotel looks terrible.
