The staff in the hotel is very friendly and helphull. The hotel is big and there are many facilities. Especially Ryan and yumpi made us feel like home. They made sure that my family had the best stay in the holiday in. The breakfast is good, many choice.. exactly all the food is very delicious. My child could eat and drink for free in the holiday inn. This was also very nice! The rooms are very nice, new, big and clean. We really liked the room. The swimmingpool and gym are big and clean. We also used everyday the jacuzzi and the sauna. Happy that the holiday inn have all this facilities. Also the hotel it’s in the center so easy to go around. There are many nice malls (Paris van Java), restaurant and coffee shops near the Holiday inn. So always nice to visit them during your stay. We will come definitely back to the holiday in. Nice Hotel, with two pools and lots of meeting room. Their hospitality of the front desk is a bit off in my humble opinion. and for the price vs the room and parking lots is too expensive, I dont feel like Im staying at top brand hotel, even my card feel it :)

I had the opportunity to experience the Holiday Inn Bandung recently during a business trip in this city of flowers Found it to be conveniently located within walking distance to many eateries and conveniences and also not too far away to other attractions via taxi such as the main city centre and the nearest mall, the Paris Van Java. I found the service here to be excellent throughout, warm and attentive at every contact from the reception, the food service crew, right up to the friendly room attendants! Special mention to Chep the Concierge and his team for guiding and recommending me to the must visit sites of the city, as this was also my first time visiting Bandung. The room I was assigned to was well appointed, clean, spacious and very comfortable. The hotel even had a lounge displaying a big screen showing the on going World Cup 2022 matches which was great for most of us traveling sports fans! I highly recommend this hotel for business and leisure travellers. A great address for a brief stay in Bandung!…

I returned to this hotel for a business purpose and I just realised that the hotel maintains its cleanliness and facilities function well. The ballroom has a cool aircond and the high ceiling makes us comfortable during the whole day meeting. Health protocol still in place and the coffee break snacks, breakfast and lunch are well prepared and cooked. Very happy to finally completed my presentation successfully. Special thanks to Pak Cecep Concierge for assisting the event.
