Our family of 5 could not fault our stay at Ubud Wana Resort, we loved our experience here. Check-in was quick and easy after our hour drive from the airport, our villa was ready and clean with a baby cot set up as requested. Buffet breakfast had all the usual suspects with yummy pancakes and eggs cooked to order. The veggie soup was simply yummy! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Close to some awesome restaurants and on the doorstep of the Monkey Forest - cute little monkeys to be seen every day. Our villa stay was so relaxing... would stay here again next time we are in Ubud!

Great place to stay in Ubud. The rooms are well appointed with wardrobe space and other storage, a very comfortable bed and a good variety of channels on the television including BBC World. The breakfasts are excellent with a change of menu most days. The staff are most helpful and welcoming and the shuttle bus service is excellent. We were walking back one evening on a main road when the last service stopped mid journey to pick us up without being hailed.

As in every aspect of Bali, the people are what make this place special. When we arrived we were given so much information on our stay including what they could do above and beyond in order to accommodate our travel schedule. Every person we saw greeted us warmly and with friendly smiles. The hotel was covered in green; plants covering the walls and a beautiful rooftop garden perfect for morning yoga. The hotel was also very eco friendly, attempting to be as environmentally savvy as possible. The multiple pools with jacuzzi lounge chairs, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, and well appointed spa made it even easier to relax. Food was good, nice variety and great service. For the location, it could not be more centered. Right next to a long street filled with shops and restaurants, you are also only a 5 minute walk from the Monkey Forest!

We stayed at Ubud Wana for four nights and really enjoyed ourselves. The staff were all lovely and friendly, the room was beautiful. We stayed in the Honeymoon suite which was spacious and had a gorgeous outdoor shower and bathtub. Also recommend the Lunar Scrub and massage at the onsite spa - heavenly!

We were recommended to this hotel and it met all our expectations. There is value in the rate when one considers the rooms and breakfast and importantly the convenience of the location of the hotel. We had the Pool Access room, and sure enough the pool is immediately outside the room. It was peaceful and relaxing. The hotel has a superb massage service. Well managed and good service. We enjoyed walking to town via the adjacent monkey forest short-cut and took photos of the monkeys. The hotel has a convenient shuttle service at fixed times to town.
