We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. The service was good, rooms facing to pool, staff were friendly, but not much choices of breakfast. Spacious and clean room with comfy bed. My 1 year old son had a great time spending time here.

The ground floor rooms would be the ones for you, try to get one starting with 1 as they are closest to the main building. There are 6 steps from the road to reception. then there is a long, relatively step ramp to the rooms, one step into the room. rooms are on one level with walk in showers. There is a hair dryer. access from the ground floor rooms is flat to the pool in the 1 block. The staff are supper helpful so will assist. The pavements on the road outside the hotel and in Ubud may be sufficient difficult as they are not flat and definitely but on one level

when it rains it really does rain. however it's that warm that you soon dry. it's like having a warm shower. we had 4 days worth of rain out of 10 while we were there. it didn't tend to rain all day, was on and off. there are poncho to buy everywhere you go if you want them. people seem to appear from nowhere with them as soon as it starts to rain. always make sure you haggle your price. it's amazing how much they will lower their price
