This was a great hotel centrally positioned to visit all over Bali. The rooms were spacious and well designed. Cleanliness was of a very high standard. Yoga is a prominent part of the hotel with tracing courses happening all day long I’m not into yoga but didn’t effect my stay. The food was overall very good except breakfast which was limited. The staff were excellent and so friendly. They run a shuttle bus service to the main town which is really useful.

A gorgeous hotel with beautiful grounds, pools & fountains at every turn. My room (150) was first floor with an area of balcony looking out onto coconut palms and onr of the many pools - perfect. Yes its a little bit tired in places, could do with a lick of paint, but not surprising in this climate. La Palmiyra restaurant & pool area was idyllic. The staff were lovely, really helpful and friendly and the shuttle bus service was great, made popping into Ubud so simple. In town seek out the Campuhan Ridge Trail (hotel bus driver will drop you off at the start) a great walk with fabulous views and you can finish with a fresh coconut overlooking the terraces. Would love to go back.

Stayed here 4 nights in January with my wife and 2 children. I found the setting of this hotel absolutely stunning, its a vert big complex and also has the feel of a tropical village. 6 amazing pools which when we were here we had mostly to ourselves, plenty loungers and seating areas to relax in whilst listening to the tropical birds and the sound of many water features. Our room was huge and spacious, located next to the sunshine pool, Air con was very good and a gigantic bed which we slept well in. The bathroom was of a good standard with a bath one of the biggest i have seen. house keeping was always carried out to an impeccable standard. Breakfast was very good and plentiful, all the usual choices available as well as a egg station to cook you whatever style of egg you want. I miss my Mi goreng and fried eggs every morning! good selection of juices available including super juices like fresh turmeric. The staff were very friendly and attentive, especially on reception, they were always on hand to help us with our two children as well if we were coming in or going out. I did find the staff on the poolside bar a little slow some days, I think a little bit further training would benefit them and the hotel in general. In conclusion out of the 3 hotels we stayed in Bali this was our favourite and one we will not forget. I would love to return one day.

We visited for the day. There are literally hundreds of staff. None of them are trained sadly. Want a drink at the pool? Walk to the bar and wake up 10 people to order it. Never seen anything like it. Amazing food and ambiance but the lack of training and support for the staff is incredible. Staff all sitting behind counters and bars etc. must go and rattle them for service. It feels like such an inconvenience. Pool service~ dirty dishes and bar wares left by the pool for hours at the same time the staff can’t find something to do. If they have a trained force this place will be amazing. Sadly not currently the case.

Dear Jeff H, Thank you for visiting us last week. We are glad that you enjoyed the 'amazing food and ambiance', but regret that you find the staff lacking. After reading your comment, we looked into your visit... we see you visited with 2 other people, and attempted to use your resort credit at 2 different facilities... so we apologize for the flow of information regarding your credit being a little late. We hope that is not the cause of your bizarre experience. We literally don't have 'hundreds of staff'... but we do have trainees on the job, and staff who cater to the guests. As you spent maybe less than an hour at Sunkiss pool, we regret that you had to see the dirty dishes and bar ware that were not cleared up. We have spoken to the staff about clearing up whenever possible, and hope to avoid this happening to other guests. After reading your other reviews, it seems you only gave one positive rating during your stay in Bali. While we regret that you had a 'bizarre experience', we wish you are able to experience the warm service that our staff is known for. We hope you reach out to us should you wish to spend some time again at our resort. Otherwise, we hope you enjoyed your time in Bali. Best regards, Management

The Mansion is very impressive because its a very big hotel with 6 differents swimming pools. The place is beatiful and relaxing. The room is very big too but the only problem is that a little old, so you can’t find a lot of power plugs and they are not near the bed.
