I stayed with my family at PITA MAHA RESORT AND SPA for 4 days in April 2023 We love this villa 205 and the cleanliness of the room and the cleanliness of the environment are very comfortable and our private pool has a very beautiful view of the hills and it feels like we can really relax . All the staff made us feel comfortable all the staff were very kind and helpful every time we would go and return to the villa the staff would be very kind and friendly if we had questions or requests the staff was very helpful it really felt comfortable and the service staff. The good, the food is really delicious and our family loves breakfast at the restaurant every morning. We also enjoy a very good lunch and dinner.

We stayed in a pool villa which was amazing. It was very private and luxurious. Breakfast in the restaurant ovelooking the view of the valley and Mount Agung was a great way to start the day. There were many different options for breakfast and the staff were very prompt in service. We used the free shuttle to the centre of Ubud daily and it ran many times during the day. Everyone always had a smile and said hello when they saw you. Would love to return here one day.

Pita Maha hotel is one of the nicest hotels in Bali without a doubt - we have been to bali scores of times. The rooms are beautifully crafted and detailed with 2 day beds, shower, bath, plenty of hot water, and good wifi. The views from rooms look over the lush valley towards 'Bridges' and forest. We came for Ubud Writers Festival, which was located only about 200m down the way and very close to the centre of ubud and all restaurants etc. Staff were superb with excellent English and gave us a free 1 hour trek along rice padi and views across the valley - so nice. Honestly, can not recommend this place enough for luxurious and smart/considerate set out of amenities - high quality bed, thin and thick pillows, international plugs both side of bed .... Beautiful

We spent three lovely nights here in mid feb before moving to the south of Bali
Extremely friendly and helpful staff Always there to help Booked a couple of trips with them - very experienced and careful drivers Lovely breakfast individually cooked and we had a great evening meal there as well The villa was massive and kept spotless and they even cleaned our garden villa/pool of tree and plant debris! It was attended to twice a day and they even closed the curtains at night. We didn’t really expect this level of luxury at this very reasonable price. Can’t really think of anything to criticise. There’s a fair few stairs and if it rains it can be a bit slippy but can’t see how that could be helped. I would certainly return. Thanks very much for all the attention to all the staff at the pita maha. I’d say it was probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in

My daughter and I spent 5 nights here. Beautiful location, large villas, very clean, staff excellent. Food great. Lovely plunge pool in villa garden. May be difficult for unfit or infirm/disabled guests due to the number of steps. The drinks were very expensive, but we did get vouchers for some meals and a discount on drinks and spa. I would certainly return.

The Pita Maha is a beautifully located hotel, not too far from Ubud centre but far enough to be out of the hustle and bustle. When you walk through the main entrance, you are first greeted by the fantastic staff and then by a feeling of relaxation and peace. The place is absolutely beautiful and kept so clean, the rooms are fantastic with a gorgeous view over the valley with a river below. Rooms are cleaned twice a day and are nicely decorated with a beautiful little pool to dip in when the heat gets too much. The food is amazing, but more variety of vegetarian and vegan wouldn't go amiss. That being said, what there is is of a very high standard. The staff are all so friendly and can't do enough for you. This place is definitely worth 5 stars if not more.

Came back to Pita Maha after quite a long period due to Covid travelling restrictions. We are long time guests as we have stayed in this resort almost every other year for the past 15 years. The place is really amazing and worth every penny. It is built as a small village nestled in lush gardens on a hillside with a stunning view of the forest down below . Each accommodation comes as a large private villa , some also have a small pool, all have a safe and an outdoor shower, the grounds all around are magnificently kept and looked after. The villas, about 20, are connected one another by long lanes and some steps, the main outdoor infinity pool has also a stunning view. .Breakfast is served on both the upper and lower floor terraces in full view of the forest below while watching squirrels chasing one another on the nearby trees. Staff is very attentive and helpful, always with a smile and a kind word. There is a shuttle service at set times which will take you to the main shopping areas. This place gives a feeling of peace and happiness that is not easy to find anywhere nowadays.

The garden villa we stayed in was beautifuly designed and spacious with a huge veranda and garden. We enjoyed the outdoor bath and shower, the mini bar fridge and fresh linen and toiletries daily. The team at Pita Maha were always friendly and helpful. The food was excellent the views of the valley to die for. This was a 5 star stay.

We stayed at the Pita Maha for 5 nights as part of our honeymoon and we were so incredibly happy with our stay! The hotel is beautiful and peaceful with the sound of the animals day and night which we loved! From the moment we arrived the staff were helpful, and friendly. They really took the time to make our stay special and memorable. Nothing was too much trouble and each of them greeted us daily with a friendly smile!
The villa was beautiful and more than we expected, each day and evening the staff cleaned and tidied it wonderfully with attention to detail. Everything was really clean and the pool area was so peaceful and stunning. The location of the hotel is great and the shuttle the hotel offers was so convenient and useful! The breakfast was wonderful and so nicely presented.
We did one of the special dinners and it was unforgettable! The setting was beautiful and the waitress was so friendly and attentive.
We would recommend anyone to stay here, it was fantastic! Thank you so much Pita Maha, hopefully we will come back one day!

Excellent stay at Pita Maha! Stayed here for 1 week while in Bali. The location was perfect, close to ubud town centre but not right in the hustle & bustle. Hotel itself is really picturesque with the fews of the valley visible at all times. It’s a quiet hotel with older/family vibe, didn’t see any partying or here outside noise while in our Villa. The garden Villa we stayed in was really spacious and always cleaned, the private pool was a highlight and was many drinks had in there while looking over the Forrest backdrop. Breakfast everyday was amazing, really yummy for with lots of variety. Staff and service was great, always greeted and asked if we needed anything, helped us organise a lot of stuff. Definitely recommend staying
