Found and booked it through Agoda celebrating my husband's birthday ends up to be the mesmerising wonderful stay! Staffs were extremely fast respond (Whatsapp especially) and easily understand my needs. Even we stayed only one night but I conclude that nothing to regret. Overlooking to beautiful jungle, kids friendly pool and helpful staffs just made your stay unforgettable. Thank you ♥️
The area is nott too big, the pool also has an average size, just enough for couples or small family to hang out. But the ambience, the staff, the service, cleanliness, and how they maintain the property were beyond excellent.. !!
It is a very beautiful place to rest, room is big enough to feel comfortable and homey. Service was very good, hotel attendants are friendly and attentive. The ":high tea" was a surprise, tea and coffee and traditional Indonesian were delicious. Impressive!.
We had the BEST experience at Ubud Dedari Villas. We came to Bali to celebrate our honeymoon. It was the perfect way to start it off. We stayed 7 days. Breakfast was complimentary and very tasty. The pool/view was beautiful! The staff was more than accommodating, scheduling pick up and drop offs for us. If you don't choose one of the scheduled shuttle times, there is a charge but it is cheaper than calling a taxi. The staff are all excellent and friendly! They go above and beyond, my husband hurt himself while in Bali and it was nice to see the staff was concerned by checking on his injury. The villa was very spacious and clean. We honestly have nothing bad to say about our experience. We would DEFINITELY recommend staying here!
Arriving in the dark we cold not see everything but what we see was whow, a fiery tale scenery awaited us. We were welcomed with dinks and refreshing towels and staff is amazingly friendly. We ordered or breakfast that would be delivered to our room the next morning We booked a villa and arriving in the room we were pleasantly surprised. It was inviting, spacious, clean and comfortable, decorated to give you the wow factor This is the place you want to be to relax We were allowed to take a dip in the pool at 23h00 (at our own risk, as the life guard was not on duty) The room provided a nice terrace where we could sit outside with n view on the garden and pool Enough "counter" space for our suitcases A water dispenser that provide hot water for coffee and tea, cold and room temp water room is spacious and furniture is well planned comfortable bed with clean and new linen The partially "open" bathroom is nice and not so open as there are only a few openings that allow fresh air, and the occasional geco to come in I could not fault anything at this Villas, Staff was amazing and very accommodating in a number of ways Although not walking distance from the town centre the Villa offers free shuttle diving to and from town at scheduled time slots I will most definately be staying here again when visiting Ubud…
It is beyond our expectation. From accommodation to service, all is so good. We has enjoyed our floating breakfast, the atmosphere of this villa and the great attitude from staffs hereby. If being asked, what points are the most valuable things of this trip, I definitely share that ubud dedari villas is one of them.
Had two great nights here. Friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful setting, as it felt like one was immersed in the rainforest. Location wise - slightly further out of the centre of Ubud which came with the benefit of peace and quite. Still easy enough to get in and out of the main attractions.
I do not know from where to start, but definitely not a choice to stay while having vacation in Ubud. Firstly, when we arrived the staff especially the assistant manager were not friendly at all. They are seeking to get money from you with one way or another in terms of whatever you want to do or a mistake occur, you must pay them. Also, the staff barely speak English. In the first night, I found a small scorpion in my room and I immediately addressed it to the assistant manager who usually has the night shift. Initially, his response was to change us to an exactly the same room, but he said the generally we might fight small animal or incects in the rooms because the hotel is located in the jungle. I said what happens if the scorpion would poison me with his nail, and his response was that I had to suck it and spit it and I would be fine; the comments all yours. Then, I said that of course I do not want to die here and he said if you do not like it, then change a hotel and go in the center; having in mind that I had already fully paid my accommodation. I just stopped talking because it was pointless and went to my room. Every night I could not sleep because the windows had holes as shown below, therefore, I was alert all the time. Also, The room was very dirty even in the first day and I had to ask them to clean it, otherwise they would not do it. Generally not recommended at all. Did not enjoy it at all.…
The location of this hotel is perfect, just a short ride from downtown Ubud (the hotel has a free shuttle service to Ubud and back to hotel) The hotel is really beautiful with the amazing pool, which looks into the rain forest. We also loved the outside shower and a bath and of course it was nice to have a water cooler, so you don't have to buy a lot of plastic bottles and can just refill your bottle at the hotel. I would say that the hotel looks more beautiful in real life rather than in the pictures. You can also walk into a rain forest to see some temples and a river, which is also really cool. The only thing i did not like is the amount of plastic straws served with the drinks during breakfast, I feel that the hotel can give up the use of plastic straws, which will be nice:)…
This was the second time I have stayed in Dedari (first time was 4 years ago) and it is still as beautiful, peaceful and welcoming as I remember!! The two things that really make Dedari stand out are the views and the staff. The staff are fantastic - so friendly and helpful. We regularly missed the free shuttle times and they were always able to take us into Ubud, and pick us up when needed which made everything very convenient. The grounds and the rooms at Dedari are honestly spectacular. You are in a piece of heaven. Everything is so beautifully placed to emerse you in nature. The new rooms which have been built have stunning balconies overlooking the River. You could spend hours marvelling the views and taking in the atmospheric noises. The best part of Dedari is the balance you get being surrounded by natural beauty but close enough to be in Ubud in ten mins. Could not recommend this place more! Thank you Dedari for having us back.…
