Hotel's Favorite
Excellent service from first step we arrived. The teams are smiling and greeting us almost all the time. The room is large with really comfortable bed. We sleep like a baby! We love also the bathtub and view from our balcony. The special thing here is the breakfast and afternoon tea. We can choose our own time for breakfast. We can enjoy our breakfast and afternoon tea in our balcony, in restaurant or in poolside. They also have shuttle to center Ubud. Our 2-nights here are really excellent and unforgettable.

Beautiful resort and outlook. We travelled as a family with our 2 young children and had the 2 bedroom villa with pool. Villa was huge and immaculately clean. Pool was super clean too. Service was great, it was my husbands birthday during our stay and the staff came with a surprise cake and sung him happy birthday, very nice touch. The food was a little hit and Miss is my only criticism, the Balinese food we tried was great, the Mexican western fusion food we thought could have been better. Also thought the restaurant really lacked atmosphere being up on the street would have been much better placed somewhere to take in the beautiful views the resort has. All in all would recommend and stay again. It is excellent value for what you are getting!

Incredible location, hotel, food and people! We had a wonderful stay here and it was made extra special by all the lovely staff- especially Puspa who made sure we had the best hospitality and were looked after so well. She was so helpful and assisted us with our travel plans during our stay. We will definitely visit again! :)

A gem in Ubud, the best customer service you will receive anywhere in Bali, maybe the world. You will be welcomed by a member of staff who will be friendly and sweet as we experienced. Unfortunately I have forgotten her name but she provided great customer service and we felt very welcoming. Ideal for a honeymoon/couples, we felt we were treated very specially. The hotel was clean, neat and looked beautiful inside and out. Every member of staff must work so hard to ensure that it is kept in pristine condition. We had a cycle experience and a cooking experience which were both amazing value, it was private and we got to chat with the staff and received their local expertise. Can't recommend this hotel, the staff and the restaurant enough

Lovely pool area, exactly what was needed after a day in Ubud and surroundings. The staff was always nice and helpful. Very quick check-in, and thanks again for your kindness Gusti. If desired, the breakfast will be delivered to the room, very convenient! The restaurant tablespoon is good, but more western cuisine. Definitely recommended!

We came here for our honeymoon. We were looking other hotels but the local agency recommended this one and its absolutely perfect. The staff was super kind specially Yudian, Puspa, Dewa.. the people at the Tablespoon and at the front office. The room is super big (the standard one) with amazing views to the jungle. We stayed here while discovering Ubud so wasnt bothered by the works next door. The restaurant one of the bests! We will come back again when visiting Ubud!!!
