We had a lovely stay here for 1 week. The accommodation was a beautiful oasis with a short walk to the main street. The pool and gardens were absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was good and the staff were so genuine and friendly. I had a great massage and facial at the new spa, it was lovely. Our room was really nice and clean. Not a complaint but to make others aware - lots of stairs at this property and watch out for a few broken tiles in the pool. We did encounter mouldy pillows but the staff were very quick to replace them. Beautiful family owned and operated accommodation, would recommend to friends and family.

Clean, good value and only 3mins scooter from busiest streets in Ubud. spacious room, good conasistant WiFi, lovely fresh breakfast, three options and choices within each option(continental, Indonesian and American). Spa area, good price not typical of inflated spa linked to hotel prices. Lovely staff, Andy, another member of staff who's name escapes me and Gede(in particular). Gede, facilitated taxi out to Changyu and also advised us and basically planned one of our day's route on the scooter to nearby and 25mins away tourist spots. All in all exactly the kind of place, experience and staff you'd want if you were a couple who wanted the best of both worlds, isolation and peace for those days and evenings of relaxation and then couple of minutes(via scooter- which the hotel has the best rate we saw) from bustling streets. The gym really isant sufficient for anybody who is frequent gym user but Ubud fitness centre is less than five minute walk from the hotel. The restaurant really after bfast is essentially just a place for coffee and small selection of alcoholic beverages. These shouldn't be viewed as negatives due to proximity of more than adequate alternatives however I would advice the establishment to just clarify this in their description. Hard to saw your restaurant is great for Bfast but after that.... Right to finish on positive pool is fab also, smaller pool for kids and more infrequent swimmers and then great pool for lengths below that. Lovely experience and when we visit Ubud again, it will be an easy decision where to stay. Thanks again Gede and staff.

Stayed with a family of four. Staff were fantastic and friendly. Had room 103 which was a family cottage with a king bed upstairs and 2 singles downstairs. We split ourselves up as didn't feel comfortable with children sleeping downstairs by themselves. Rooms could do with a makeover as some of the furnishings and interior is looking a bit dated. Word of note. Ubud's main Street is only about a 10 minute walk away however there is no sidewalk and the roads are quite narrow so can be a bit stressful for littlies.

It's a nice hotel that has it's own territory away from noisy streets. Pros: - Very clean. - A nice territory of the hotel, was interesting to just walk around. Tip- at night there are lots of frogs at the fountain at the hotel entrance, check them out;) - Big pool. - Private rooms, big and bright. Looks very good. - Bed, mattress, pillows- all was comfy, not too soft, not too firm. - They rent motorbikes. Cons: - Wish there was more helmets to choose from when I was renting a motorbike from them. Some of them were kinda old and a little dirty on the inside. - If there are kids at the pool- expect to hear them pretty clearly. Same goes for when other guests turn on loud music at their private area. Although at night it was usually all quiet. - Some of the furniture needs a bit of fixing. A wardrobe in the bathroom had really sticky sliding doors.

We really enjoyed: Impressive private villa and pool decor and style. Gate into small private compound and completely private. Cleaned well. Good laundry service within a day. Friendly staff Close to Center but you do not hear the road noise from the main strip. Downsides are: Ants, ants and more ants. Nothing substantial was done to stop them so they took over the whole outdoor area, kitchen and came inside under the door Restaurant isn’t really a restaurant. Only serves breakfast. We were forced to use MasterCard to settle room and extras; were told couldn’t accept visa. Building work next door kept us awake and early morning.
