I got another room than I booked. Totaly different room and bathroom tham was at the photos. Sink did not work well with water. Bathroom little scary. Shower just little rain and warm water after cca 5 min. The view from terrace (room 105) at the dump. Alsp soo noisy. The price is not adequate to quality and reality.
This place is so nice and it is a nice location close to everything in Ubud. I keep comming back to this place my homeaway Staff is freindly ❤️ breakfast nice and big is included in their fair price. Room 104 and 102 are my favorits 1 floor facing the really nice and private pool area Rooms have either ac or fan , I like fan the best. Dont need to worry about anything you have all you need in this Balinese gem of a low cost hotel
pros: location is good, about a 20 minute walk to most things. The pool is nice cons: in agreement to others your room is really important. We stayed on the ground floor next to the pool, and never slept a full nights sleep as could hear every single noise from the room above! and a lot of outside traffic. The rooms are very basic. The food is very basic We also had a really bad experience where we booked a trip with the hotel, but then cancelled as we became ill. We told the hotel, however the company still arrived at 2am demanding we were still booked on the Mount Batur trip, and made us pay. The hotel did not deal with this very efficiently, and when we fedback our experience did not show any sympathy or resolve the matter Overall there are better places to stay in Ubud, and for a similar price. We spend one month in Bali and this was probably our lowest rated hotel.…
Pictures of entertainment area, pool and rooms overlooking pool can heighten expectation, if you are fortunate enough to get one of these rooms you will be extremely happy with the rooms and the hotel in general. On the other hand some of the other rooms do not offer much at all, this in terms of rooms in general and as well as the view. I think of the rooms that we got to see ours, room 302 was maybe one that needed some serious TLC, the room has bed two side tables a cupboard and aircon, that's it! No dresser, no chairs, no kettle. The bathroom is pathetic, you have a basin hand shower head and toilet on 1 wall all next to each other, no divisions or screens between them, now shower pan, your bathroom floor is the shower pan. So you can imagine once you have tried to have a shower the toilet is wet the basin is wet and most of the bathroom floor. There are no conveniences in the bathroom to but your clothes or toiletries while in the bathroom not even a nail in the wall to maybe hang some of your items which maybe a good thing and better to leave dry items in the room until you are done. Staff were very good and friendly and had no problems in that respect, breakfast is very basic but good, swimming pool area is beautiful and gardens and grounds are meticulously maintained, I wish they would give their rooms as much attention. So the most important thing is to make sure of what room you get, if you get the right room you are in for a most enjoyable stay, some of the rooms further back and over the street be warned of street noise and your view may be looking into a solid wall of the adjacent building, be sure you are not looking over any rice fields. Also be warned that there are rooms that require you to climb 3 flights of stairs so avoid these if stair climbing is problem. A positive point is location you are very well located to access most places in Ubud by foot. Restaurants, Monkey Forest, Yoga Barn, Ubud market are all in reasonable walking distance.…
This place was magic ! Very friendly staff. The room and facilities were very clean, and they prepare it with flowers on the bed, it looks perfect. Each room has a little balcony with two chairs and a table were you can enjoy the warm evening. The rooms also have a fan. Close enough to the city but a little on the side so it doesn’t get to noisy... I had a wonderful stay there !!
