The staff here are very friendly but the rooms are dark and not clean! Sorry but for 300,000.00 plus another 150,000.00 for the air con controller I would not stay again!! The pool was dirty and the garden near pool full of weeds and not maintained which would be ok if I hadn't paid top dollar for one night I... More

Dirty place. We were 2 people at the bed and 50 animals at the room. The swimming pool was the same. All is old and dirty. Never again. The only good thing was the location. Its very close to the main street..

The pool is the main reason to book this guesthouse. It is so nice after a day of walking through the ricefields. Breakfast is great! The basic rooms could really use an update: old and dirty bathrooms. The doors to rooms can't be locked properly.

The Ina Inn has a warm welcome, with friendly staff, especially Putu, he was the main reason to come back here because we had a nice day trip with him. The rooms are very clean, the garden is well mantained and taken care off. The Ubud area is really relaxing. The dining facility could use a make-over... Not really cosy... More

The atmosphere and the swimming pool are nice, the bungalow are ok. The bathroom is not very clean and will need a refresh. In one of the room no electricity plug. The wifi is not working in the rooms but is ok in the restaurant. The service is nice but they really insist in selling you tours... Good location in... More

We arrived late at night after the ferry from Lombok had taken a lot longer than we'd been told then the hostel we had hoped to stay in was full. I had injured my knee the previous day and could barely walk. When I decided that I would like to get it looked at properly at around 11pm, Wayan arranged... More

We needed a place to stay in Ubud for a night enroute to our sunrise hike up ganung batur. The price was very reasonable, the service was excellent (they were very helpful in organizing our hike), and breakfast the next day was great. It was perfect for what we needed for our stay. Rooftop pool overlooking the rice paddy is... More

Unlike my first stay at Ina Inn I thought I knew what I could expect. When I stayed there last year I was delightfully surprised as it was way above my expectations and I was so happy to be taking my husband there with me this time. I knew which room I wanted for the two of us and we... More

We arrived here with a booking and found the hostel which was very nicely located just outside the busy streets downtown but within easy walking distance. The rooms themselfs were quite old, clean but had not been serviced for many years. The curtains could not be closed properly allowing other people to look inside the room when the light was...
