Great modern hotel with all the amenities and great service. Breakfast was adequate with mostly Asian hot food options and variety of pastries / fruit. The let down was the ongoing house music from the pool area the entire day until 7pm. People come to Ubud for tranquility and Element hotels also - but the music was so loud that even with the doors closed to the balcony, the music was very audible in the room. When trying to work (as I was on this trip) it’s not possible to take calls. I requested to be moved to another room away from the pool which was acknowledged but a warning if planning to use the room during the day - the music is on all day repeat and is far from tranquil! Please turn the volume down for future guests - it’s still more than enough for those sitting at the pool and bar area. Otherwise great hotel and easy scooter or Gojek ride to central Ubud.…
It's my third visit to Element by Westin Ubud,Bali for bussiness trip. I choose to stay here for several reason 1. The room are spacious, comfortable, clean and neat 2. All staff were superb friendly and helpfull 3. Breakfast was very nice, their poached egg with spinach was so wonderfull. Me and my collagues are a fan of it. Thank you for having me again Element by Westin Ubud,Bali Hope to stay here again for holiday in Bali.
We stayed for 4 nights in early April 2022 and received an upgrade to Deluxe Premier room. Room was super clean and spacious. We are very impressed with the staff at this hotel. Everybody are very friendly and attentive. One day, my wife would like to play table tennis and within half an hour, it was set up by the pool; no request was too difficult. Breakfast at Andong Teras restaurant was super delicious with a nice view of the pool. Staff was always helpful, Dewi would regularly ask our opinion of the food to ensure that they suit our palate.
It's very relaxing to wake up by the sounds of nature. This was the first time we are staying in Ubud and the entire hotel is surrounded by nice greenery view! We were very pleased with the hospitablilty of the staff. Very friendly and polite! They will greet you whenever they see you. I love the bathub that faces the garden & the cleanliness is good! And there's a glasses platform on the 7h floor with a breathtaking view.
one of the best hotels in ubud, from dropping off luggage to checking in everything was very fast. the staff is also very friendly and courteous. for rooms there are no issues, the swimming pool facilities are also very good, it's just that the water is cold. the restaurant is also very good, the taste of the food is delicious and the variety is a lot for a 4-star class. the only drawback is that the parking space is not too much, there is no parking building and the location to ubud center is a bit far, but from the hotel it offers a free shuttle bus.
Nice and quiet resort on the outskirts of Ubud. Not top notch luxury, but everything is nice, clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. Not really walking distance to downtown Ubud; They offer a shuttle several times a day, also with pick-up points. If you are comfortable riding a scooter or taking a grab/gojek, you will get around fine. The price/value was excellent at the tail end of the pandemic, but I assume the prices will rise soon. The majority of the guests seem to be Indonesians, few western tourists.
It was a really nice hotel - nothing to complain about - all really good and had the Bali vibe as well. The staff were really nice and helpful and the food at the hotel was great and had a lot of local dishes to offer, which were so delicious.
Excellent hotel, easy commuting distance from everything you want to see in/around Ubud. Stayed with my family (two rooms - adjoining). We stayed 1 day after Indonesia reopened travel. Staff could not have been more friendly or accommodating. Great breakfast too (make sure you book w/ included) !! Pool bar staff has a ping pong / table tennis champion - don't be fooled he is a ringer! Great stay - thanks to the staff. Cheers!
I visited this hotel for 'splash and dine'. My lil sister and my mom enjoyed our time very well and pleasant. I would like to give special thanks to bli Rai Ka anď i forgot for the other staff name with bli Rai. He was very kindly and friendly. all staff were extremely attentive. I love this hotel!❤
Element is a mini version of the full blown Westin experience at a fraction of the price! Same levels of dedicated service, excellent facilities, delicious food, talented chefs and staff, and all this 5 star luxury level available in a small budget. The rooms are exceptionally clean, new looking, and simple yet smart. The pool is gorgeous and the pool bar has excellent cocktails and food, all at a good price. Ubud is full of luxurious villas that can set you back a few hundred dollars a night and also has simple unassuming hotels in the $50 range. The Element is a unique offering which is excellent value for money at between $50-$100 a night (depending on season) and yet has everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel in terms of facilities, staff, and service levels. The main lobby has a stunning wooden Balinese sculpture that covers almost a 1000 square feet and will wow you at first sight! Make sure you introduce yourself to *Datta* at the Front Desk… an incredibly hospitable and caring hotelier that will make your stay 100% perfect. Also, don’t miss out on the fine service provided by Giro and Tedi who are both excellent wait staff at the restaurant and pool bar…. So full of life and on top of their game. Wonderful hidden jewel in a nice part of Ubud, 5 minutes taxi ride from the restaurant strip of Ubud and right across the street from the stunning Komandalu luxury villa resort. Enjoy Element at $100 or less, and try to at least walk over to Komandalu for a sundowner or dinner if you can’t afford their $1000 a night villas!…
