Amazing stay in the hotel. It was serene and picturesque. Our room was cozy and sets next to the swimming pool and the natural garden views and koi pond. The staff were friendly and the location is very close to nearby eateries and shopping areas. We had breakfast in the room which was exhilarating. Our first stay in Ubud did not disappoint. Will come back definitely. Love

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. The resort is surrounded by beautiful greenery that creates a relaxing space. They have two pools, the infinity pool privately nestled away and the other at the bar area. The only downside to this excellent resort is that it shares its pool and bar area with a hostel, some of the hostels guests played their own music that was quite disturbing to the relaxed surroundings.

Me and my girlfriend stayed at Alamdini resort for 7 nights, when we arrived in the evening we received a lovely and warm welcome from the reception staff who showed us to our room and carried our luggage for us, the room was clean and tidy and had all amenities we needed, it was very fitting with the Ubud vibes, so all in all a great first impression. However this only lasted 2 days as on our 3rd day problems and issues began. The TV in our room was only displaying black and white, and when we called reception to have someone to come and fix it the gentlemen they sent didn’t understand how to fix it so told us he would be back the next day to fix it, but he never came back. Also on the same day the WIFI wasn’t working so we asked why this was and we were told it was temporarily not working and was being fixed, every morning for our remaining 5 nights we asked about the WiFi which was still not working and we were told it’s still being fixed! So for 5 nights we had no Wifi and no Tv.

We stayed 2 nights and had a Garden View Room which overlooked the pond. Rooms on upper levels probably had a more scenic view but we were happy with ours. The room was well equipped and had everything we needed. The bathroom was great, with a gorgeous free standing bath and waterfall shower. The hotel supplied lovely smelling toiletries and fluffy towels and bathrobes. Some may like the window between the bedroom and bathroom but we prefer our privacy :) The hotel was difficult to find in the dark but once we knew the location it was ok. It's close to many restaurants and bars that are quieter than going into Ubud, which is very busy and can be a bit tacky. We only had breakfast on one morning because we left very early on our last day. There was a good choice and it was freshly prepared. The pool was nice but the sunbeds had been 'saved' with hotel towels, by other guests, who we never saw! This is rather annoying as we had to leave our towels on the floor and had nowhere to sit in the late afternoon sun. Maybe they had finished for the day but had nowhere to leave their towels?

Myself and my partner stayed 3 nights at this small but lovely hotel. On arrival we were upgraded to the honeymoon suite which was a lovely surprise. The room on the 3rd floor overlooked the lush jungle and gorgeous pool. The room was large with a good sized balcony and large windows that opened up with a rail, almost like another balcony. The bathroom had a large tub with a large window above it with lovely views. There was also a seperate rain shower. Breakfast was included and you could have it on your balcony or next door at the front of the hotel which had an adjoining hostel which was also where the second pool was. We used the lovely pool that our room overlooked and most of the time had it to ourselves.Staff at the hotel are lovely and always friendly and ready to help you if needed. We loved our stay at the Alamdini and are planning to return in the future.
