I have stayed here many times. All the staff is friendly, especially Made and Ketut at reception. The drinks and food is very reasonably priced. Ask for a ground floor room if you can't manage stairs. Breakfast is up the stairs on the first floor. Breakfast is included in the price and is good. There is also a spa on...

Moderately priced, but excellent accommodation, Staff treat you like friends rather than customers. Quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Many Europeans who have been coming there for decades. Close to the beach and a range of restaurants to suit any palate. I have been coming here for almost 10 years for both business and pleasure and am never disappointed.

We stayed one night at this hotel between two legs of our trip. The room was comfortable and the ensuite had a big bath. Staff on reception were friendly and helpful. The restaurant at the front of the hotel does good food and the breakfast bar upstairs has a more extensive choice of dishes than one would expect of an...

I was assigned a room in older section of the hotel (there is a newer section which I assume it would cost more). In general, I found myself comfortably staying here ; comfortable bed, nice swimming pool. But there are some issue that dilute my good impression here and there; tap water sometime run out brown, anyone requiring hair dryers...

The Ari Putri hotel was chosen by our travel agent. It is conveniently located at the main street in Sanur, which makes it easy to go shopping or a walk to the beach. The rooms are simple and not very appealing. The bathrooms need some renovation work and the airco is effective but loud. The swimming pool was not always...

I booked through Agoda - it was 1/2 the cost. After taxes I paid USD$29.50 for a standard room for one night. The pool area is beautiful, the resteraunt is cheap and good food, drinks and dessert, live acoustic music on Saturday night too. The room has cold ac, doesn't smell like mildew and is very clean. Standard rooms have...

The hotel is at the lower end of the main road that goes through Sanur. It is the quieter end but still has ATMs, scooter hire, shops, cafes and restaurants. The hotel was clean and staff very welcoming. At check-in we were asked whether we wanted twin or double bed room. We choose twin and got one on the first...

In all the hotels I've stayed in around Asia, this was by far the worst experience. Firstly, no cool towel or welcome drink. Then gave us room on 3rd floor despite my request for ground floor due to having a baby with pram etc. Also I booked a year in advance to ensure this. The Lady checking us in, glared...
