We booked a villa. It was really lovely. The main bedroom is downstairs with a large double double bed. Bit hard to cuddle because each bed is sheeted seperately from the other. Large bath. Shower sprayed everywhere and was challenging to use. Upstairs was 2 single beds for our teenagers. They had thier own bathroom. The stairs to go up to their level was very steep. I wouldn't recommend staying in a villa with young children for this reason. We stayed in the villa for 5 nights and then we checked out and paid a small fee to go to one of the garden rooms near the pool. This was lovely too. Ground level and roomy. We had a spa treatment at the facility. The quality of the massage was very good however the room was very tired, paint peeling off walls, grass ceiling seemed to have dark patches which looked like mould. We had a lovely flower bath at the end of our massage but that room probably could do with tiles on the wall to improve its look. Daughter had nails done at very high quality for very low cost. Breakfast was part of our package. The staff were so lovely here! Ate omletes every morning. Food was more traditional in style but the dishes were lovely. We ate dinner and lunch here and was happy with the quality of the food. Beers and other ordered beverages were not very cold but staff were very accomodating in providing us with a bucket of ice. KFC, dunkin donuts and a bank to withdraw cash nearby. A short walk to Sanur harbour to catch boats. Hubby got some ironing done and it was very cheap and very good quality.... Overall, we enjoyed our stay, the surroundings and gardens were lovely, the pools were clean and it was very quiet considering it is located on a main thoroughfare. Dont judge it from the street view! If your looking for flashy, modern and westernised - this place is not for you!

Everything about the Sri Phala Hotel was just so lovely. The premises are kept with much care and the restaurant, the pool and the garden are a peaceful oasis and invite you to just sit down and relax. The room was super spacious and very clean. We liked the fact that we could refill our (glass!) water bottles without extra charge. The best thing was the really helpful and service oriented staff, who were always ready to assist and help. The hotel Manager Gusti made us feel at home and was so nice and helpful. He helped us rent a scooter and really made sure that we paid a good price and even helped us secure the payment with getting us a written receipt. We had insightful and funny chats with him and decided to come back at the end of our Bali trip to stay here again. We have left the Sri Phala not feeling as clients but as Friends. We highly recommend this hotel!

We had an amazing time at Sri Phala Resort and Spa. We stayed for 10 nights and loved every minute of it. The resort has a lovely home away from home feel with beautiful lush gardens and two great swimming pools. We traveled with two teenagers and was worried they would find it too quiet but they enjoyed it a lot Which was a big win for us! The rooms are large and very comfortable with everything you need and comfortable beds. We booked two delux rooms which had beautiful balconies overlooking the gardens and pools and was then upgrade to a villa with its own jacuzzi as we were long stay guests. The villa had two large bedrooms and is perfect for a family! It has a porch and a balcony which is lovely to enjoy a drink on. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough for us so they get a 10 out of 10 from us!!! The breakfast was delicious with good variety each day which was great given our long stay. Food at the restaurant was also great and very reasonably priced. We had spa treatments which were fantastic and very well priced! This is a great place to base yourself for day trips or spend days lazing by the pool, whatever you prefer. It is close to the beach, about 5 minute stroll and a 5 minute taxi drive to the centre of Sanur. I can’t wait to be back at this gem!!

We stayed here 3 nights. Staff are so happy and helpful which is fantastic because it makes up for the awful bathroom. Very smelly drains, it was unpleasant. We did ask for it to be looked after twice they did but it just comes back! So my husband decided to buy disinfectant and do it himself. This problem needs to be addressed as I understand that this is an older hotel but some serious drain cleaning needs to happen!! It would be perfect if they did as everything else is really nice. The gardens are gorgeous the pool is amazing, 2 pools actually! Very professional staff, cannot find any fault with them. Brekky is great, not a huge selection but very nice! You can ask for a stir fry veg with nuts if you are vegan which is great! Matur Suksma for a great stay Sri phala!

Searching for hotels in Sanur can be exhausting, as the choices are seemingly unlimited. Of course it is narrowed a bit once you adjust budget and general preferences, but still there is a lot to pick from. As it was not our first visit to Sanur, the main goal was to find a decent place to relax after the flight, before heading to our final holiday destination via a domestic flight. The Sri Phala is easy to miss from the main road, but it is bigger on the inside with several buildings spread out across a nice garden area and you have 2 pools to choose from. Walking distance to the beach was also on our list, and during daytime you can use a gate at the back for an even shorter walk. Arriving rather late after being stuck in traffic, we were happy to hear the restaurant is still open and it served some really nice food! Breakfast was also good, and the staff both in the restaurant and at the front desk is really nice and helpful! Our room in the main building appeared to be a bit dated, but everything was well maintained and worked. If you want to be closer to the beach front restaurants and the main town area, this is maybe not the right choice, but you can either get a taxi or use the hotel's shuttle (at fixed times) to get closer to the center.

Our family of 5 stayed in a villa 4 nights at Sri Phala Resort & Villa. The place is an oasis 5 minutes walk from the beach.It is placed just beside the main road, but we didn't notice any noice from the traffic. The resort has two pools and are very green and tropical with a great bar/resturant by one of the pools. We ate in the resturant every night and the staff, especially Mini and the resort manager Gusti is so friendly and serviceminded. We were taken so good care off that the staff deserve 5 stars. The reason why it's only gets 4 stars is that the resort was a little bit worn some places, but for a 3 star resort I would definitely recommend this place if you're staying in Sanur.

This quiet boutique style hotel is tranquil and quiet, a very relaxing stay. We booked a Villa for my family of 4 and stayed 5 nights. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the busy of the Sanur and then back to serene resort.
Pools were so beautiful, with fountains and so relaxing, spent a lot of time relaxing in the lounge chairs, many umbrellas also available.
We borrowed the 4 bikes, can’t reserve in advance, enjoyed a ride along the beach. Recommend going early morning as path gets crowded. Another day rented bikes for $15,000 IDR per hr/per person.
Very good massage on beach, somewhat far on the path on right side under a large tent from Ibu Len. She is very good!!
Hotel breakfast very good, my favorite was the fish curry and the fresh fruit and juice. They also have eggs, toast and many other choices. Restaurant for dinner is also very good!
Rooms were very nice, our villa had a private balcony and gate. First floor room had mosquito net. Do wish second floor beds have mosquito nets. Mosquito repellent is needed throughout your stay in all of Bali in morning and at night. Our Villa was gated and so close to both pools, two entrances, one for the beach that opens at 7am, other takes you to busier street.
Do be careful on sidewalks in the city, many broken with 3-4 feet drop. Best Satay, Es Tehlur and Bokso at the night market, was about 20 minute walk from hotel. Arrived at beach around 5:45 am to see the sunrise, highly recommend! Do remember to use mosquito repellent, we didn’t have any problems as long as we remember to use it.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sri Phala Resort & Villa. The staff were very friendly going well out of their way to entertain our 2 young children. They also made sure we were happy. The hotel was lovely and quiet, with our garden villa very spacious. Whilst the location is slightly outside of Sanur, this was not an issue given availability of hotel shuttles and taxis.

I stayed 17 nights in Sri Phala and it was a great stay. The kindness of all people in the hotel makes you feel very welcome. The beautifull garden with two swimmingpools is very relaxing with the smell of the Frangipangi trees and all other greenery. The breakfasts are great (it is a la carte). My room was comfortable and clean. There are free bikes to go around in Sanur and there is a shuttle to the center (I biked). The street to the beach gives you the feeling you are in Bali like 20 years ago. I mean not touristic with shops etc. On sundays local Bali people use this street to come to the beach and it is great to see them enjoying the beach and eating in Mak Beng (fish with very spicy soup). Sri Phala hotel is not in the center of touristic Sanur, but close to everything you need for a wonderfull stay.

We are located in Sanur Area and it takes around 25 - 30 minutes by taxi from Ngurah Rai International Airport. The beach is around 10 minutes away by walk. There are some shops and restaurant around the street and along the beach. However we also have one restaurant that open from 7.00am until 10.00pm. Center of Sanur is only couples of minutes by taxi. We provide free transfer to center of Sanur based on schedule.
