Jacuzzi awesome! Can spend 5 hours in there per day. Food was great. Ordered the western food. Beef burger so juicy and big portion. I also enjoyed swimming in the swimming pool. Great hotel overall. Tips if you want to enjoy fully. Check on Nyepi Day and also the weather is quite hot.

My friend and I back for our 4th visit .twice in the last 12 months. We love the pool and the location. This time with Nyepi a bit different .tomorrow day of silence.. Always looked after by wonderful staff. The location perfect for shopping and away from the madness of other side.

Beautiful hotel, great service and excellent room size. We had private pool, interconnecting rooms, 8088 & 8090 which gave us plenty of space and opportunity for night swims. Great central location in Sanur too. The buffet breakfast was good and room service meals excellent. Soto ayam, nasi goreng, onion rings and tempura veg were highly rated by our group. Service across the whole hotel was brilliant, very friendly staff. Huge shout out to Wirik (breakfast service), Lintang (concierge), Agus (pool bar) and Wida (housekeeping). All went above and beyond in friendly, welcoming service and making us feel at home. Wida’s animal towels were a huge hit with our 8year old guest! The restaurant has a high number of trainee staff currently and it did create occasional confusing with consistency. I am sure this is a short term issue. Opportunities to lift from 4 to 5 star review: - Pool surrounds maintenance, some of the decking was very loose and dangerous particularly between the two pools. All the pool ladders, including those in the plunge pool, were really loose and needed better tightening up. - some tiles on the bottom of the pool broken - In room safes both had errors and we needed to get them reset. Room 8090 happened 3 times. It was comforting to know the only person who could override the issue was an on-site manager. All in all we can’t wait to be back!…

Thankyou everyone in the hotel for making our experience so enjoyable. Staff so friendly and helpful. Many positives lovely size bed, great jacuzzi and shower. Amazing pool which we used every day. Plenty of selection of food for breakfast. Especially enjoyed your bacon and omelettes. People always on hand if we needed anything for the room. Standard of cleaning excellent. We stayed for 55 days enjoyed every one of them and didn’t want to go home. Looking forward to returning next year.

Absolutely love this hotel set back off the street, 2 amazing pools lap style then lagoon large style with pool bar, gr8 2 for 1 cocktails and happy hour. Great snacks and food, I would love see few more western options menu. Staff are amazing "Lintang 👏 😍 everyone love Lintang and he is a big part of why our family has stayed over 6 times and im coming bk for my birthday in aug 😊 Pool has steps, lots of places with sunbeds, cake shop closed hopefully opening again soon! We stayed for my sons 14th Lintang and all staff in breakfast made him feel special a small cake for him and nothing was too much trouble. A buffet dinner on the grill with our Bali family was great value and tasty. Big rooms, very clean well maintained by house keeping. More on the in room menu would be of benefit but loved the dishes I tried in our room and by pool. Don't forget re stock coconuts at pool bar and in room menu drinks 😉 See you again soon…

I stayed at this hotel for 5 weeks for work and I couldn't have been happier. The staff is very friendly and made me feel at home, the breakfast buffet every morning has many options and newer felt boring. The rooms are spacious and nice looking, nothing too fancy but I wasn't missing anything. I wish I had had more leisure time to enjoy the pool and bar - the pool looks incredible. The only downside I can think of is the wifi being unstable or slow at times, I had a portable wifi with me though so this didn't affect me much.

Fantastic hotel with beautiful pool! Restaurant deserves a 10 with all customer-oriented staff who really do everything for a person. Rooms up to date with comfortable beds. Service is very good. Highly recommended for people who want a relaxing holiday. We were here for 28 nights and really enjoyed the hotel which is centrally located in Sanur

We have just had a lovely relaxing week at this hotel. Our plunge pool room was just perfect Staff go that extra mile with a genuine smile. My only suggestion to the hotel is not to let guests reserve sun lounges from 7.30 am. I know why they do this as extra umbrellas are required around pool area.

This was our second stay at Swissbel and it did not disappoint. To be greeted with a warm hug by the lovely Lintang as we arrived made us feel so special. He is an absolute gem and a real credit to the hotel. We felt more like family than guests and it’s this sort of hospitality that makes us return to this hotel. We stayed in a grande deluxe and it was a spacious and beautiful room with a large balcony complete with jacuzzi. The bed was amazingly comfortable and our bathroom had a sense of luxury We included the buffet breakfast and it was as extensive and delicious as our stay pre covid. Wiric greeted us with a warm smile every morning and went out of her way to ensure we received incredible customer service Most of our days were spent in the fabulous pool, where again the amazing staff treat you to wonderful customer service. The pool is our favourite pool in Bali and we’ve swum in many over the years! It’s massive so you never feel crowded and it’s a perfect temperature I would happily stay here again and again, so much so that I’ve booked a quick getaway here in May!
