Stayed here for one Night after 1week on gili before leaving Bali. The room was nice and tv had english speaking channels. They arranged transfer till Airport for 150k.rp. Very professional staff. Breakfast was standard balineese breakfast, Nothing special.
From booking this homestay to leaving, everything was excellent. Good communication from the owner, who arranged to collect us from the airport. Great service from owner and his wife who were really friendly and helped us to arrange a trip to Gili Trawangan. Nice breakfast...More

Yes of course it is possible. You just then need to travel to those places each day. The road structure means that this can take up quite a bit of time. I would suggest that you stay where you actually want to be. Those areas you mention are extremely busy and touristy and do not show Bali in it's true splendour. Uluwatu, Balian and Ubud now they are worth a trip. Enjoy! I am just back and miss it so much.

there is easy access within approx 10 mins walk. If you turn right as you come onto the main road and cross as soon as you get an opportunity, then take the first road on the left (I think past the German consulate) and the beach is just there. Right there at the entrance there is free yoga each morning at 07.30 for 1.5hr! Take your mat and water. :)
