This is a hotel we used to stay at regularily, but on returning this year we found a very run down place with very little to offer. Dark dingy basic rooms, no tea and coffee making any more, no hairdryer, and a very basic breakfast....More
The owner of this property needs to spend money on this place, nice gardens and pools are ok, the breakfast is an absolute joke. I asked for some water at breakfast and was made pay extra for a bottle of water which is not included...More
All the reviews are correct. Service for us wasn't overly friendly but also not bad either. We stayed in a two room little house and loved the grounds at the resort and our little house. The grounds were covered in potted plants which were beautiful....More
The garden was lovely with loads of plants and flowers. It was like the garden of Eden.

We have stayed in a family room at this hotel. It was two separate bedrooms with a bathroom each and a large fridge. This hotel is dated and the rooms are looking very tired especially the bathrooms however, the pools are lovely and the location on Sanur is fantastic. The breakfast is mainly Indonesian food and as we were there out of season ( January ) the selection was limited. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and this is one of the cheapest 3 star hotels in this area.
I am sure they would but they would charge triple the true cost. There is a taxi counter in the airport where you arrange a fixed price taxi, it is currently $15 to Sanur day or night. Just follow the signs go "taxi counter... More
I am sure they would but they would charge triple the true cost. There is a taxi counter in the airport where you arrange a fixed price taxi, it is currently $15 to Sanur day or night. Just follow the signs go "taxi counter" in the airport, ignore anybody offering you a taxi, at the counter they will give you a paper slip and directed to a driver, it's easy.
