Great for walkers
Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travelers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
Because at one point I was the only guest at the hotel, I had the opportunity to browse each hotel room. Not the suites with private pool as that was in another area.
What I noticed is that there were no consistency in the quality. For example one room would have a new television with good reception, whereas another one has a barely working TV with distorted sound. Another room would have a new microwave whereas another had new pots and pants or another that didn't even have enough bowls.
One consistent thing was the bathroom due to water quality. There are deposits on the bathtubs and shower heads and often making things rust faster than it should. In one bathroom, I found mushrooms growing under the sink because there was water leakage.
I would suggest don't be hesitant in asking for things because it could be available, just somehow wasn't in your room.

It is located in a peaceful residential area within a short, pleasant walk to the sandy beach. Lots of shops and restaurants within a walking distance.
Pros: Friendly atmosphere. Always happy to help and assist. Clean and very spacious villa with good standards throughout Great location - peaceful, 10-15 minute walk to the beach, not far from a night street food market (highly recommended!) Clean, reasonably sized pool Nice breakfast
Cons: Some very small bits and bobs that could be repaired or better maintained, e.g. sliding doors and locks
Highly recommend this place.

It was a very good hotel for us. The room was very big, and there was also two private pool. Though the private pool is small, we can swim and rest in the cool water. The sightseeing tour was very nice. The guide told us nice restaurant. Last night, 9th Jan, we ate seafood bbq and It was the best dinner I've ever eaten. Unfortunately this is the most run-down and unclean villa I’ve stayed at in 30+ years of travelling to Bali. We were so excited to return to Bali after 3 years and upon checking into this “ultimate in luxury 3 bedroom villa” (their website) … well it really put a dampener on our holiday. We were met with broken dirty fridges, mouldy and grubby walls and doors, peeling paint, dirty toilets, light switches, remotes and window sills. We did ask to move, but were told there was “no room”, or we could “move for 4 days on Christmas Day, but would then have to move back”. None of which was ideal. Unfortunately most of Sanur was booked out too. To the staff’s credit, they did replace the fridge, the toilet seat and broken shower head very quickly and did offer us a free dinner and 1 massage. They did not attempt the clean the walls, doors or light switches, or at least it didn’t look like it. We were told by management it was ‘due to Covid’ and that every other villa had been renovated, except Villa Isabelle (it was due after Christmas) Which is a real disappointment as I had booked our 11 nights back in February 2022. We ended up just using the villa to sleep in as we had friends down at Jade Villas B and their villa was immaculate, and they paid less than we did. I highly recommend it down there. Regarding location - it’s a bit of a walk to the main area and beach and when it rains heavily you are walking in ankle deep water on the way in and out. There’s also a bit of a funny smell around the pool area occasionally.

We decided to book a Spa package via the hotel for our last night. The Spa menu stated we would be left feeling revived and refreshed but were only left feeling dissapointed and ripped off! Unprofessional and untrained to say the least, hopefully the hotel will engage a better Spa service in future. An unfortunate way to end a holiday considering it was otherwise a pleasant stay.

Booked for 9 night stayed 5, only because could not find anything sooner, firstly let me say the staff at this property do deserve better from management. Management comes twice a week to sit for couple hours drinking coffee and pays no notice to customers.
Now for the bad bits, booked one bedroom villa with pool, arrived late at night to a dark mouldy-smelling room with poor dirty toilet facilities. a very old dated room with holes in the floor in several areas. The pool was of no good with no sunlight reaching it at all and one lounger only. When addressed with theses issues the staff to their determination gave it the best to clean the facility but still had toilet marks on the seat area. As for the holes in the-floor we had to move furniture to cover these for the time we were there
Finally the best part was cockroaches in the room. We found several over our 5night stay
Main pool area was closed of due to construction work which we also not made aware of and was suitable to use
Again it a case of company taking booking and people’s monies and not caring about what they recieve

Nice 2 bedroom villa. A bit on the older side, but clean and tidy. Big rooms with nice outdoor kitchen and good size private plunge pool. 10 walk to main street, 15 to beach. A few good restaurants 10min away, some on the higher price side, but still loads of smaller cheaper local choices.

We booked a villa with private pool, we were very pleasantly surprised. Magnificent villa, large private swimming pool at the top. Breakfast. plentiful and good. Lovely and helpful staff. The reception staff were great, smiling. We went to Ubud for a day and they were the ones who booked the taxi guide. We booked a night in Gili Meno and they also organized everything for the taxi there and back the next day, the reservation of return tickets for the ferry. They were great. The hotel is 10-15 minutes walk from the beach and the street where you can find restaurants, bars, shops and even an Artasedana shopping center where you can find everything: clothes, souvenirs, food, pharmacy products... We stayed 8 nights at Aleesha Villas in a 2 bedroom private pool villa called Anna Villa. The rooms were very large and comfortable and the pool was great. The rooms are a little tired and a few things are a bit run down but we loved our stay there. The staff were fantastic. Very helpful and friendly. We had breakfast included - huge servings but you can customise to suit. It was around 5 minute walk to the main road with lots of restaurants and shops and a 15 minute walk to the beach path. They do have a shuttle that will take you to the shops or the beach that leaves at 9am and returns at 1pm. There is also a friendly small store just up the lane to buy snacks and drinks. All in all we had a very positive experience there.

We stayed twice during July, once when we first arrived in Bali and once after a trip to the Gilis. We booked via Agoda and they had a no change no cancellations policy. We ended up having to stay extra time in the Gilis because one of our party was too ill to travel and we contacted Aleesha Villas who went out of there way to help and change our booking. The staff are wonderful and make you feel so welcome, cooking for our children after hours when we landed late and remembering names etc. not a perfect resort, it could do with a few touch ups here and there but we loved the small boutique personal feeling here. We will be back!
