Worst Fairmont we ever had. when we arrived, there is no bell boy to help carry our luggage even there is no any Fairmont logo or sign, in our opinion this hotel will be close soon. we also be inform gym, spa and 2 resto in the hotel was closed, only 1 resto available near the beach. Room was dirty, air conditioner is not cold, hot water not function, in room telp not function. light in the corridor also not turn on especially on the first floor. and finally when we try the pool, there is no body who help or provide the towel.
Stayed here with family. They had Friendly helpful staff, nice pool., cool beach, lovely choices of breakfast. Clean room,, Comfortable place, really enjoyed the Balinese music in all day... Should comeback here again next time!!!!!!!
Staying for 4 days at the hotel. Peaceful, nice location and direct access yo the beach. Large room, clean and comfortable. Lorge pool and they have cozy restaurants by the beach. Had a pleasant stay here!
Everything was perfect. Hotel room is big, breakfast was a la carte, but it was a nice breakfast. I love the ice coffee. People who travel in pandemic situation needs to expect some limitations due to staff limitation, I hope when guests see empty reception, we can use the phone there and wait patiently. If need something, expect some delay is normal :) The important thing is, this hotel applies hygiene standards, room is clean, linen is clean, and room smells nice and relaxing :) The best part is their bathroom amenities, smells soooo good
At first, we were happy because we could upgrade rooms from Fairmont King Garden View Suite to the signature spa suite. Especially when we directly see the rooms. However, it's a shame that our happiness is only for a short period. There are a few points that I upset about: 1. Car park From the beginning we arrived until we checkout, security and staff did not tell us where the parking was. Hence, we parked next to the hotel and had to walk from the parking lot to the lobby (without any information if possible through the door connected to the elevator). 2 AC rooms The condition of the air conditioner when we arrived was not cold, then we called the technician. He said there was a problem, and we were asked to wait. We had to wait about 1 hour for the AC to cool down. 3. Wastafel When using the sink, the water flow was miserable. I thought the water flow was indeed small. However, it seemed to have a problem again. 4. Water Condition What I feel, the water feels brackish. During my stay at a hotel close to the beach, that was the first time I felt pickled water. 5. Rain and Hand Shower In the afternoon, when I wanted to take a shower, both the rain shower and the hand shower didn't turn on. Finally, we called the technician again. Then we chose to play for a while on the beach. When we returned to the room, the water condition was already good. Also, the water was running fast both in the shower and in the sink. 6. Bath Tub The second day, I wanted to use the bathtub, the same incident happened, where the water flowed very small. Moreover, there was a lot of dirt clogged, the floor drain was not functioning well because water could not stagnate, it always leaked. 7. Breakfast The garnish used for the omelette at breakfast (American menu) was wild plants, and there were even caterpillar eggs. Have the plants been washed first? Have they been plucked directly used for garnishing? I know it was a wild plant because I have a garden at home. In my opinion, this is a very embarrassing service from a 5-star hotel like Fairmont. 8. Discrimination We got different treatments when we had breakfast. We could only order one of the 3 variants (American, Indonesian, and continental; if I'm not mistaken). The table next to us can randomly choose several menus from the 3 variants (I heard that he did not only choose porridge, but also asked for pancakes; it was a menu from a different variant). The staff then reported to the supervisor, and the supervisor responded to their request. Should I complain first to get the same treatment?
