The hotel located close to the beach, but no beach view or access to the beach. Rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained. However the building looks old and pool& garden needs more treatment. We stayed during pandemi so there were only sceleton staff working. Staff were helpfull, quick check in and check out process.

This hotel used to attract lots of tourists, as can be seen by Tripadvisor recommendation 2017 and its spa certification. Unfortunately Covid pandemic has caused severe drop in number of guests. We stayed between 21-24 December 2020, and it appeared there were only 2 guests in this hotel including us. Half of the building was practically shut off. We could feel the room had not been cleaned up when we entered, but the following days the staffs have done good job cleaning up. The room itself looks quaint, and old, with bathtub having small crack, and small TV with only local channels. The hotel is located in the heart of Sanur and is easily located. Overall, I wish good luck for this hotel during the pandemic. Even during Christmas break, guests did not turn up in this good hotel.

My husband and I came here after friends recommend it, as our hotel next door was very disapointing. The rooms are modern, the bed was huge and comfortable and the aircon worked perfectly. We thought it was odd the room service plates sat out side the room for a week though. Other than that, definitely recommend, good location, good value for money.

We stayed here for 6 days and were very impressed. The check in was very quick and even though we were early we were not made to wait. We were given a very welcome fruit juice and then taken through the garden to our room, a deluxe ground floor room. the typically Balinese garden was delightful and made a lovely setting for the swimming pool and childrens paddling pool. Our room was very spacious, the Queen size bed very comfotable with a choice of lovely pillows, I never had a problem dropping off to sleep. The bathroom and electrics were slightly outdated, we turned on the kettle and the room filled with smoke, but the electrician was there within 5 minutes to sort out the problem. The shower was over the bath tub, which may not suit everyone, but I love to relax in a bath so it suited me. The buffet breakfast was very good, every day there was a change of hot dishes and the egg station was very popular. We had 2 evening meals in the restaurant, we enjoyed them very much and the prices for food and drink was very reasonable. All the staff are a great asset to the hotel and everyone was friendly and helpful. The only black mark was the drive from the main road to the hotel. Being the rainy season we had several very heavy storms and twice when were returning to the hotel the whole drive was flooded. We had no option, our shoes came off and we paddled through 3-4 inches of deep water. It didn't spoil our stay though and we still laugh about my husband's attempt at giving me a fireman's lift. We would choose Parigata again if we visit Sanur again.
