1. The aircon was very loud and noisy . Informed staff and they sent a workman to fix it the next day . It made no difference. They offered to send someone in the following day but i felt it was becoming an invasion of privacy so declined 2. Mosquitoes in the room . I recommend nets over the bed as i was a feast for them overnight . The staff offered fly spray but i didnt want to inhale the toxic staff while there. I checked out a night early as i didnt feel this to be a relaxing experience. The hotel is reasonably priced though and the grounds and architecture pleasant otherwise

This is a really lovely hotel to stay at. The grounds are beautifully maintained. It is definitely worth the extra room rate to have a pool access room. Rooms are clean and comfortable but the AC is a bit noisy. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We had a few issues with our room and they were attended to immediately. The hotel is located in a quieter area of Sanur. We would stay here again.

Stayed here for a conference for 8 days. The hotel grounds and the pool are beautiful but the rooms are very old and need renovation. They offer a big buffet style breakfast (European, Asian, American) with fruit, eggs made to order, pancakes, cereal, noodles, fried rice and even pasta. There is also a selection of pastries. Coffee section could be improved.

Loved our stay. Huge rooms, beautful grounds and gorgeous staff! We will cerainly be back. Breakfast was delicious and dining was resonably priced. Our children loved the green slide. The only thing that could be improved on is that the back gate needs to be open after 6pm.
