This guest house was perfect! The host was very good at communicating with us before, during and after our stay. The place had very simple and modern tone to it. The bed was so comfortable, put us straight to sleep especially surprising when we usually have trouble sleeping while travelling abroad. They gave us a choice to have traditional or...

The Kayu Sugih is a really loverly home stay located right in the middle of many great eating places. The homestay is the traditional bali compound with great gardens.. The staff and hosts are just so welcoming. The breakfast is so great fresh fruit and juice. Eggs done how you want, ( Scrambled ,omelettes with bacon) or pancakes ( Banana...

Just back from a week at Kayu Sugih in Sanur. Yet again the service here was unobtrusive and excellent. Some of tge rooms were getting a fresh coat of paint while we were there. The bathrooms are a little worn but there is plenty of hot water (which to me is far more imporant). I wanted to spend the week...

We stayed at Kayu Sugih Guest House two years ago and when it came to find a place to stay when we went back again in February we wanted to go back. It is a small guest house in the center of Sanur, close to everything. You go down a beautiful bamboo lined lane turn right and enter the beautiful...

We stayed at Kayu Sughi for the second time. Compared to 3 years ago nothing has changed...it's still a quite and green oasis in touristy Sanur. This time we didn't stay in the suite (which is definitely the best option in this guesthouse), but in a standard room which is smaller, but very clean and enough for a short stay....

Although they were busy, Kayu Sugih managed to fit us in (as we were happy to move rooms mid visit). From the moment we arrived we were struck by the quiet. You are walking distance from shops, resturants and the beach yet there is no street noise. The courtyard is intimate and despite there not being a pool, I believe...

Kayu Sugih guest house was a welcoming comfort after our long flight from California. They had a driver pick us up from the airport, complimentary. It was great not having the hassle of finding a ride. We were greeted warmly with a welcome drink. Our room was lovely with a sitting area and separate bedroom, AC included. Everything was clean...

Traditional bali house! We spent our night time sitting outside of the room, enjoy the peaceful time belong to us! The service is great! We...

We stayed here for 9 nights and were not disappointed. The breakfast was lovely (the best of all the places we stayed in during our time in Bali), you are given a choice of American or Indonesian. They also ask how you would like your egg cooked. The fresh juice in the morning was also great. They also let you...
