We stayed as a couple in mid March 2017 at Mercure Sanur. Upon arrival we didn't like our room, Deluxe King which we had upgraded at booking. It was dark and felt like we were in a hole (room 122). We spoke with Management and they were beyond helpful and moved us to a family suite (no extra cost) for...

The Mercure Sanur rooms are a little dated. But we loved staying here. The beach is beautiful, there were plenty of loungers to relax on, beach massages on offer as well, shade if it got too hot and a fantastic piece of crystal clear water to swim in. The hotel is set in lovely gardens and is very quiet. Make...

We have been long term visitors to Mercure Sanur. In fact we have been staying there since 2004. You can always expect a few "Indonesian frustrations" but you would get them anywhere. We stayed for five nights this week en route back to Australia. Our frustration was that the hotel driver failed to collect us at the airport. Not such...

We were a family of four. It was awful. The rooms were black of how dirty they were The breakfast was tiny and the little bit there was, the eggs were technically raw. They were full bloody disgusting salt. The room service was so rude just because we were dark skinned. The beach was full of plastic. The pool was...

Stay 3 nights during Galungan Balinese Special Day. This resort is totally best place for relaxing. I love very much the tropical garden and feel like stay in original Balinese Village. It has beach, 2 swimming pool, and of course spa facilities with competitive rates. This hotel is absolutely AWAY from crowded. One more plus from this hotel is shuttle...

First the positive: good AC in the room... There is a beach with calm sea. The beach itself is not particularly impressive in spite of the beachcomber efforts to keep it clean. The water is very shallow for long distance, great for small kids. We only took the breakfast and it was ok. Croissants were a little soggy, omelette greasy...

Nice hotel in one of the quietest parts of Bali Really comfortable bed, so many hotel beds are too firm which are suitable for big heavy people We're not all 280 pounds! Excellent breakfast buffet but the restaurant seemed to struggle to cope when it was close to full We had a 6.4 earthquake which was an experience never to...
