I stayed at this hotel for a total of 8 nights - on arrival in Bali and on departure. It was great and really excellent value with a good breakfast included. The staff were very attentive and helpful, arranging transport when needed and a variety of other services. It was a nice, quiet location down a long, well maintained driveway....

I really liked it here. Good location, between the beach and the main road. Very attentive service. The pool and surrounding area is nice, the gardens are really beautifully looked after. The breakfast is ok, nothing special but it's a mid range hotel so expectations were met. Room very clean and comfortable. The team were very helpful in arranging drivers...

We needed the accommodation just for one night in Sanur as we were coming back from Gili Trawangan and next day in the early morning we had a flight back. The contact with the hotel is perfect, before our stay we already booked a 6:30 am airport transfer for just 150k IRD and we asked for a take-away breakfast, as...

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are cleen, but in the bathroom there should be done some smal repairs. The swimmingpool is a little bit smal, but ok. The garden is nice with a good atmosphere. For breakfast the joice is smal but ok. The way to the beach is just five minutes, there are a lot...

Close to all you need for a quiet holiday. Beach is nearby but not a great swiming or surf beach. Lots lovely restaurants nearby. All perfect for a lazy relaxing holiday. Room was comfortable but on simpler side. Pool old and tied but great to cool off after a walk. Happy to stay here again given costs involved.

Over the past forty years I have been to Bali many times and have stayed all over the island and the Segara Agung Hotel is one of my favourites, so when in Sanur this the gem for me. It is a short walk one way to the beach with it's plethora of great eating places and a short walk back...

We recently stayed for 6 nights in a Junior Suite room at the Segara Agung Hotel . Our room was on the ground floor and was very spacious & quiet. The gardens at this hotel are beautiful and the hotel has a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast is buffet style and although basic has everything we needed. The staff...

We spent 6 nights here again, and had a beautiful Christmas at the hotel. We had two rooms, a Suite room which is very large and quite new. Over looking the pool which was lovely. Only down side to the room is the step up to the bath/shower then you have to step down into the bath, it isn't very...
