Uma de Villa is located approximately 3.5 kilometers far from Sanur tourist environment, is in the middle of villager residential areas, making Uma de Villa very quiet and comfortable to live in, However, the villa is just 5 minute walk from the traditional market that provide the most fresh vegetables, fruits and herbs in the heart of Sanur area. Sanur Beach is only 3 minute drive from the villa where you may find a complex of art shops, boutiques and restaurants. Uma de Villa has 2 units of one bedroom villa and 3 units of two bedroom villa. We stayed for 5 nights and loved it , the location is a bit out of the way but only takes 5 minutes to main shopping / eating district by grab / Uber for $2 or the villa is very close to the large morning market and night food market , they also have a listing of a local restaurant that delivers top quality meals for free at Bali prices They have a pool table and cafe area so that was good , plenty of parking and the Villa we stayed in Number 8 was great with own pool

3D2N family trip, wonderful environment for peaceful stay only in the master room. It would be better with deep cleaning & maintenance for the second room, leaky AC, damaged wall with water marks, sandy bed and no washing basin in washroom & kitchen. No rubbish bin in the villa - kind of no outside food allowed & weak WiFi connection. Breakfast serve from 0800 to 1100hrs only, slow & bad serving. Unfriendly and weak communication with guest. Anyway, I would expect a great development from them as there is on-going construction work for more villas.

There has been no response to my emails. I had several questions about my booking and I can't use the phone (I'm Deaf and Relay services don't make international calls). I know they read my email due to email tracking.

Very friendly people, always ready to help. The Villa was clean and with high walls around it you have full privacy. The pool is great, but the water doesn't seem clean. Breakfast is good, although each day the same. But you have a big refrigerator so you can buy something for eat aswell. If you're leaving on the last day before breakfast hours (8.00-11.00), don't expect getting something to eat. Overall great experience and i definitely recommend it.

If you're after a place that's quiet and beautiful...this is the place. Stayed in private villa for 6 nights. Had our plunge pool. Very clean and staff were wonderful. It is located out with locals but taxi rides were easy and cheap. Great place to stay and will be going back for sure.....

A beautiful quiet location away from the maddening crowd. For some a little to far away but If its peace and tranquillity with loads of privacy this could be the place for you. The villas are clean and well serviced everyday. The staff are extremely friendly and willing to please. The breakfast is a non event but they are looking at improving in this area. Be prepared to use taxis if you want to go to the main shops and restaurants a booked taxi will cost you no more than $3.00 to get to the heart of Sanur. with a passage of no more than 10 minutes. The property is very good value for what is offered but be prepared for the quietness of the place.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Uma de Villa. First impression of the place was it's quite isolated and a bit difficult to find as you must pay attention to the tiny sign located out in front of the main street before you have to turn into the alleyway. The staff are not as helpful when asking for suggestions of what to do or where to eat but if you have things in mind and ask them how to get there or for transportation, they'll be happy to help. The breakfast is a basic two slices of bread with eggs and a fruit bowl with coffee/ tea and orange juice. Don't have high hopes for their breakfast as there's plenty of great local food nearby. Getting around after leaving the hotel is quite easy. Rent a motorbike for 75,000RB ($5USD) for a whole day and explore on your own. The beach is about a 10-15 minute drive. Room: The room is fantastic with a nice pool and outdoor seating area all for yourself. The bed is comfortable and big and the shower is outdoors as well. It may not be 100% clean but what do you expect from a place that has plenty of open space.

We had very high hope when booking this villa. Location is too far out from anything. There website states 3 mins drive from the beach. More like 10 to 15 mins drive. We also had to wait 45 mins for a taxi to arrive. Villa is nice. Pool is good. There English is poor. There are no bars or restaurants close at all. There suggestion for food was a takeaway. You will need your own transport. There was no shuttle bus services. We only stay one night of the 7 we had booked. Did not see the breakfast boxes, nothing was sent to us. Would never stay here again.

Rooms are clean, have an open large seating area, a bedroom, a bathroom with an open-air shower and a private minipool in a private garden. There is a large fridge and facilities to make your own coffee/tea. Each room is in a separate villa with a private entrance. Staff is friendly and very helpfull. Wifi is free and speed is ok. Overall it is an excellent place to relax in your own little villa. The villa is a bit far from the Sanur center. Taxis are hard to get without assistance. There are good restaurants on the Danau Buyan street, that is about a 15 minutes walk away. Location is in a rural street off the mainroad. Street is absolutely very clean and feels safe. Taxidriver has problems to find the exact location. Driver knows the street, but the entrance is very low-profile! You can find the exact location on google-maps tough, so use your phone in case you are your driver are lost. Breakfast is very basic. There are just a few electrical sockets.
