We stayed here for a few nights with friends. A lovely small hotel directly on the beach and very relaxing to stay in. Our friends had a problem with the shower in their room and were moved and upgraded immediately. The rooms are spacious and nicely maintained and air-con and hot water worked well. It was great to hangout around the pool and there was a restaurant with a good selection of food and you could get beer, wine and arak. The only thing that could be improved was the breakfast. One more note the staff were amazing and very friendly.

Amaaaaazing! I am not sure I can call it a hotel, as it feels more like a private villa thanks to its great cozy layout, beautiful gardens, amazing pool and mind-blowing view! The room is impeccably clean, comfortable and well equipped. The staff is adorable, very welcoming and extremely discrete, she is more like a private butler taking care of everything and cooking a very yummy breakfast. What a feeling of peace and “zenitude” at Frangipani Villa!

I could not possibly fault this little hotel. The intimate but private layout and space of 12 or so rooms, an open kitchen, dining, pool and grassed yard area with a small gate to step directly into the beach. Rooms were very comfortable, quiet, extremely clean and well equiped with good linen, good air con, wifi and quality bathrooms. The food, made in the open kitchen area, was beautiful at every meal. We had planned to explore Lovina village but found ourselves Re-ordering the excellent Mie Goreng, hand cut chips, omelette, desserts. I purchased some fresh snapper which the girls produced and excellent coconut fish curry from. Staff were gentle, attentive and kind. It felt like a family run business. Other guests were mainly European and couples. Beach access being a few steps from the grass covered sun lounge area was beautiful. Long long walks on flat sand with calm water were possible day and night. A neighbour massage guy gave me a brilliant leg and foot massage. I walked the 20 mins or so into town and down to Pepito where there was everything additional you might need (fruit, wine, tuna!). I cannot wait to return again to this idyllic island village spot that is just what Bali means to many people, yet so hard to find. Thanks to all at Frangipani Beach Hotel.

Cutest place right on the beach! Staff is super friendly and accommodating. We didn’t want regular breakfast so they made us a really good Indonesian breakfast. Rooms are large and comfortable. Wish we had stayed longer..

Not far from busy Lovina and located right next to the beach with a beautiful ocean view, this hotel offers everything thats good in Bali. Amazing location, nice rooms and a delicious/fresh kitchen. the staff is so friendly and helpful, especially Ketut who has been here for over six years! Its our second time here and she has done close to everthing to make out stay more comfortable. We will be back soon!

Very nice resident at the beach. We stayed here for two nights. Rooms are big with a lot of space. Pool is fine and so nice to have served breakfast in the garden looking at the sun rice over the sea. Everyone at the hotel is so nice and service minded. 500 meter walk to the city, with lot of restaurants. You will quickly learn to know the 3-4 salespersons at your “private” beach. One of them Jimmi Hendrix Dance School - we never figured out if this was a true experience or just money donation into “Jimmi Hendrix” pocket. But the Children’s performance at the show was much more fun to watch than the proff shows. Swimming in the sea is difficult because of the very low water and lot of starfish. Dolphin tours can be ordered best directly at the hotel, when arriving.

It’s a cute boutique hotel in a lush beach setting. Rooms are quite spacious and the outdoor bathroom is a gem. Swimming pool and the garden are amazing. We liked the fact that they provide tea and coffee for free all day. Very nice touch. Breakfast was good but portions could have been bigger. Staff is very friendly!!!!
