We had the privileged to stay in Bali Nusa Dua Hotel from 23rd to 31st December 2019. When we arrived we were greeted by Bagus, he did a wonderful and seamless check in for us. We were in a group of 7 people to be exact including an infant and toddler! We were offered warm towel and welcome drink which was great especially in a hot weather like Bali.
Bagus explained to us in detail what to expect and what to look out for. We were given 10% of F&B and Spa vouchers - which was AMAZING! After checking in, the bell boy helped us with our luggage to our rooms. We were on the highest floor (5th floor) overlooking the garden and spa area. We didn't mind that all because it was pretty quite. Our rooms came with a balcony as well. We ordered a lot from room service because they have a variety of menu, and they were very prompt with our orders!
We were afraid that there will be a lot of people but it seems that we don't need to struggle for spa appointments or even space in the breakfast area. The hotel staff was really fast and attentive to ensure that we get what we need. Breakfast was good, we paid about SGD20 including taxes and they provide a variety of food choices.
All of us tried their spa and we felt amazing! The masseuse was good in her job and no hard-selling which was nice.
Hotel is near Bali Collection; 10 mins walk and they also provide shuttle service to Bali Collection and Meratai Beach Club.
Among all hotels in ITDC (gated community in Nusa Dua), this particular hotel is definitely value for money and worth it. Overall, I would recommend this place to all of you guys who are considering this stay in this gem!

This is our third stay in Bali Nusa Dua Hotel and Convention. We are very satisfied with the service thus staying here 3 times. For Nusa Dua, for this price, this hotel has always been our first pick. It has free shuttle bus to and from Bali Galeria (shopping area in Nusa Dua) and to the beach every 2 hours. We only used this service once and chose to walk home, it took like 19 minutes walking with baby stroller. The area pavement is very good for stroller, considering we have walked with a double stroller in Ubud (hell), Kuta, Legian, Seminyak (very narrow but passable). There is no children activities and the pool also not very nice for children: 30 cm (strange enough) and 1.4 m deep, but I saw toddlers playing in the 30 cm area but has to be supervised because it is in high place and near the edge of the 1.4 m deep pool. We stayed here when they were first open so if compared the condition, this hotel is not new anymore but still comfortable for us. Breakfast spread is just passable but has everything that a 4 star hotel should have, but no Japanese or Indian selection, just Western and Indonesian. This hotel is not crowded if there is no seminar in the Convention adjacent. We stayed there during symposium (crowded but still no line in breakfast) and during new year (not noisy in this hotel as they have no new year end party) and from this hotel we can see fireworks nearby (good enough for me and my toddlers). We stayed at Kuta beach during New Year before, and I prefer Nusa Dua as the sound of fireworks was not as noisy and long so my other child can sleep during the night.

Myself and my friends stayed at the Bali Nusa Dua Hotel for a week and could not have been happier with the stay! All the staff are so friendly and they make checking in/out, transport options and organising anything else you need really simple and effective. This is a medium size hotel with only 2 or 3 floors of room, make this hotel quite enough. We stayed in premier rooms,cleanliness still acceptable but hotel should consider to replace almost every towels they had, including pool towels and to renew their wooden furnitures in the bathroom. Pool a bit small( looks bigger in the picture) with not so fresh water, has many shaddy places, so not suitable if you want to hv sunbathing. Breakfast just so so. There are shuttle bus to Bali Collection ( mall and restaurants) and to Mengiat beach. Wifi is good.

Traveling with kids is always hard especially when it comes to their food. My daughters loved the food on the BNDH menu. The room service team also prepared a special mashed meal for my infant which she loved. I didn't have enough time to visit the kids facilities at the hotel. The bed was very comfortable. Very quick check in & check out. Great location, very close to Bali Collection. The team (concierge, housekeeping, reception, room service) was very friendly and helpful.

My wife and I stayed at the Bali Nusa Dua for 2 nights before we transferred to a bigger resort, for which a relative had generously paid for us to stay, where a family function was held. Looking back, we could have happily remained with the Bali Nusa Dua until we left Bali.
The Bali Nusa Dua is not a fully-fledged resort although it is sited in the Nusa Dua ITDC resort complex. Its facilities are basic, with only one restaurant, a gym and a pool which are rather small and a spa with only one massage hut (it had 4 but the hotel is still recovering from the COVID pandemic). It also does not have a beach front which the more well-known resorts have. Naturally, it cost a lot less to stay at the Bali Nusa Dua than at these other resorts.
However, our room was clean and spacious and had all the necessary amenities. We were comfortable in the room. The common areas and grounds were well-maintained. The Bali Nusa Dua is a simple hotel but it made a nice base for us to return to after taking in the sights of Bali.
What made the Bali Nusa Dua special for us was the warmth and hospitality of its staff. From the receptionists to the restaurant manager, waiters and cooks, the housekeepers, the cleaners and the other employees, we always got warm smiles which felt genuine, and a willingness to make our stay at the hotel as pleasant as it could get. We felt very welcome in the hotel.
We particularly enjoyed the service of the Kunyit Restaurant managers and waiters. They were always glad to do their best to accommodate our special requests. I noted to a waiter that bananas were not served at the breakfast buffet. She immediately went to the kitchen and found a few for me. They were also ready to modify their dishes for my wife who is a vegetarian. We also enjoyed chatting with them. Admittedly, it was a quiet period for the restaurant but they could have chosen to be less engaging.
The Kunyit Restaurant served very nice local fare, even at breakfast. The breakfast buffet was not extensive but was adequate. In any case, we were very happy with the local dishes like the Nasi Campur Bali and the fried rice or noodles. These dishes were accompanied by some of the best sambal (chilli condiments) which we have ever tasted. Our lunches and dinners there were just as good. It was obvious that they were cooked with love and care. So much so that, even after we moved to the other resort, we went back to the Kunyit for some of our meals!
If I were ever to return to Bali in the future, I would put the Bali Nusa Dua at the top of the list of hotels to stay in. A simple but lovely hotel.

The room is very spacious , comfy and super clean. We stayed at Deluxe Executive Room. The bathroom was excellent. They have shower section and water closet in a separate unit with glass door. So anyone in one room can do their needs without disturbing others. The bathtub is very big and it is a modern type.. The price is very competitive..compare to similar room type in other hotels. The employee are very polite and kind. Very helpfull and friendly. The location in Nusa Dua itself makes this hotel very special. Because it is located in one of exclusive tourist area in Bali. It is a very safe environment. Everytime we go to Bali. Will surely stay in this hotel.

We had a wonderful 7 day stay at the Bali Nusa Dua Hotel.
The facilities were great. The rooms were modern, very clean and well maintained. The restaurant was wonderful. The grounds were immaculately maintained.
We loved the children’s room - which was open until late, so our toddler (1.5 years old) could burn off some energy after a tasty dinner in the restaurant.
What we loved most was THE STAFF.
We have visited Bali 3 times. This time we stayed for 3 weeks at 3 different hotels/resorts.
We will remember the staff at Bali Nusa Dua Hotel with the fondest memories of our trip.
They went above and beyond to make us feel special and took such great care of our baby.
A special thanks to all the team, including Titis, Arsland & Gede for taking such good care of us. Keep up the good work. It’s appreciated. 🙏

The experience was superb, the staffs are very helpful and friendly. The hotel room was really comfortable as well and I love the design of their hotel and room very much! It was so convenient as I was attending conference at the Nusa Dua Convention Centre and there is a direct link connected to the convention centre and it only took me a few mins walk! They also provide free shuttle buses to nearby area such as the Bali Collection where you can walk around the shopping area and beach area with a variety of restaurants out there. Definitely will recommend others to stay in this hotel if they're traveling to Nusa Dua!

We recently enjoyed five nights at this hotel. Our room was large well equipped with a high level of cleanliness. Breakfasts were delicious with a wide variety of Asian and Western dishes on offer. The free shuttle service to the beautiful beach nearby and Bali Collection was always punctual and operated on a regular basis. However what made the hotel really special was the staff - high levels of customer service delivered in a courteous and friendly manner.

There are premier suite (74mtr) and deluxe suite (56mtr) but only have 1 king size bed room plus sofa.. you still need request extra bed for your kids, i suggest to choose connecting room for deluxe/premier room
