We stayed for a week in an ocean front room. The room comprised of a toilet, dining area, lounge, balcony, indoor day bed, king size bed and a massive wardrobe and bath, shower, second toilet. It was huge, spacious and decorated in more traditional dark wood furnishings, some furniture like the rugs were starting to look a bit ratty. The bed was quite hard. We really loved being able to look out the large windows and watch the ocean. It was generally peaceful, however when a family with a young kid occupied the pool room above, we could clearly hear the kid having fun in the pool despite our shut windows. The food at Samabe is lovely and varied. We ate at the main restaurant and by the pool as the third restaurant was in the final stages of renovation. We also enjoyed the 4 course cave dining experience which was very romantic. Service was generally prompt, although I think the pool service could be improved by a general walk around to check in for drinks. There area three tiers to the pool however they do not exceed 1m depth so quite shallow. Seating can be challenging as there are only 2 day beds that benefit from drop down shade cloths and allow you to have shade for the whole day. The umbrellas used by the chaise lounge are unfortunately too small to offer adequate coverage, particulary during the peak 4 hours heat of the day. The beach area is pleasant although a little difficult to get in and out of due to the sinking sand. The massages were excellent. The butler service very handy. Pick up and drop off at the airport prompt and in a very comfy van. The staff in general were fantastic and really enhanced the stay. Always friendly and willing to offer advice. Special thanks to DeeDee, the outside breakfast ladies and the ladies at the spa who made our stay extra special. All in all a lovely stay and we were very happy to choose Samabe for this trip to Bali.

Thank you for your recent stay with us. It must have been amazing in an ocean front suite for a week! I am glad you enjoyed the decor. We are in the process of updating our rugs. We have just finished all the curtains. We do apologise if the child above in the pool interrupted your stay. Great to hear you enjoyed the cave dinning, such a unique experience. Thank you for your feedback in regards to the umbrellas and shade around the pool area, we will revisit the shade made available in this space. I will let the staff know your positive feedback, fantastic you got to enjoy the massages and got to know our staff in the restaurant and front office. We look forward to having you come stay again soon.

We had a pleasant stay with my 2 kids. We stayed at the ocean view villa, the villa was large and so spacious with a large garden, warm pool & almost 180degree view of the ocean. We loved how calm it was at Samabe with no noise from neighbors. The main pools are also warm so my kids were comfortable swimming for a long time. The staff & service was wonderful & the food was also very nice. The beach is clean & tucked away with a shaded tree area. We had a pleasant stay and hope to be back soon.

Surely I will need… a resort like Samabe. Truly regal experience with no details left to chance. Spacious and immaculately kept grounds overlooking golden beaches. These exquisite private villas are far from the madding crowd with high end cuisine served by the most attentive staff who make the whole experience serene. The activities offered are all memorable but the natural cave dining is genuine bucket list.

Samabe in Nusa Dua was our first stop on our honeymoon trip to Bali, and it couldn't have been a more relaxing or luxurious stay. Support and Staff: Right upon checking in, the staff set us up with a personalized WhatsApp chat where we could easily request absolutely anything we needed-- a golf cart ride to breakfast, room service, a question about our stay. It was SO easy, and everyone on the staff was just incredibly kind and helpful. We stayed during the low season, so it seemed like there were more staff members than guests, but it worked out in our favor. Their response time was instantaneous, and we became so spoiled with their prompt attention. We are so grateful to everyone there!! Lodgings: We stayed in an oceanview suite with a private pool, and it was the definition of luxe. It was so spacious, and we were thrilled with the romantic honeymoon touches upon our arrival! The private infinity pool offered an amazing view, and we even had a monkey visitor! There was a telescope to do some stargazing, and a luxurious bathtub! The bed was comfortable, and we had everything we needed and more. Activities: During our stay, we had booked a massage (sooo relaxing) and a Balinese cooking class. Our cooking class was so much fun, and we can't wait to try to recipe back home! Although it was a little too windy for us to take advantage of the kayaking and snorkeling, we had an amazing time lounging on the beach under a shady cabana. Dining: The included breakfast at Rempeh Rempeh offered so many options between the buffet and a la cart menu! We had a chance to try a variety of local foods while also eating more familiar fare. Because of the low season, we didn't have to worry about getting an al fresco table at Crystal Blue, which provided an amazing dining experience. Because they were doing consruction on that kitchen, though, I don't know that we got the full experience, but it was still delicious. The real treat was our romantic beach cave dining experience we had on the final night of our stay. Stunning views and absolutely delicious! We also loved the drinks.

Absolutely wonderful stay! We wish we had stayed longer. Beautiful resort, wonderful staff and excellent food. I would definitely recommend the all inclusive package. The cave dinner was a nice experience. Massages were great. The resort is situated among some of the higher end hotels away from the hustle of the city. The beach was beautiful, nice snorkeling, but not a lot of fish. I must say that it was difficult getting in and out of the water as you sunk in the sand.

Amazing staff and a brilliant room. We had the family suite facing the sea. Everything was perfect. The hotel team made sure of that. The monkeys on the grounds are a bit of a nuisance although they don't really bother you.

I don't know where to start, from the moment my fiancé and me walked into Samabe we felt the warmth and care of all staff. We were celebrating our anniversary as well as our recent engagement and I don't think we could have picked a better place. We stayed in the honeymoon suite where it was quiet, peaceful and private. I loved having the 24/7 service and that the butlers were very attentive to our every need. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous, everything is kept very tidy and clean. Our room was cleaned twice a day which was great since we were in and out of the pools, beach and showers and using the towels often. We loved the afternoon tea on the beach and our floating breakfast. We enjoyed watching the traditional shows with our dinners and felt so special on our first night with our complimentary dinner. We loved doing the cooking class, we have so many wonderful photos thanks to the lovely lady taking them while we enjoyed cooking with the head chef. We loved the buggy service and the ease of organising taxis and private drivers for our excursions. We loved the cheeky monkeys hanging around, even when they came to drink our tea and sugar from our decking! The security were very good at helping to keep them away but I personally enjoyed seeing them hanging around. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer! We went for five nights and it was absolutely divine. Loved everything about Samabe and always felt very welcomed and looked after. Thankyou Samabe, we had a wonderful time and we will definitely be coming back soon!
