Pery, The Cafe restaurant staff really helpfull & polite. And Dika, life guard in Mulia beach really patience & really know how to teach my daughter to play paddle board. Awesome, in no time my daugter and my wife could stand in paddle board and enjoy the wave. Mulia resort not only best in facility & location but also best in deliver services. 👍👍👍

A luxury establishment at Nusa Dua, absolutely great lobby area with a tremendous modern design and direct view to the pool and sea. Expectations, of course, are very high when you chose to stay here, and pretty much they delivered it, however some rookie mistakes were made by some team members during our stay. Check in was a bit frustrating as we need to wait for hours to get the bed type as how we booked and has told one of their team member earlier on the day. Another problem also occured at the same time while we were waiting for the room. we tried to have our dinner (as our rooms included with buffet dinner) but being told that we are not allowed to enter before 9pm. There is no such conditions on our booking. The same incident also occur to another guest at the same time. During that time, the great reception area turns to be a battlefield instead of a welcoming place for all guests, as the other family was shouting their frustration out to the hotel employees (director of room and duty manager) and I was stuck with Bu Sri (front office) who insisted that I need to accept every conditions that has been set for me as she has no other options. At this stage, I asked to have some other team member to speak rather than Bu Sri . At this stage, it is already more than 1 hour of going back and forth, we finally spoke to Bu Anastacia( Duty Manager) and after a while offered to prepare the room as how we booked but she needs 45minutes to finished 3 rooms for us and she will arrange us to be able to have our dinner immediately. We went for dinner and the restaurant actually have a lot of empty tables unlike what they told us and another family at reception area where the restaurant is fully booked. Thank God things starting to get better from there as we were told our rooms are ready. The service at the restaurant is okay, Pak Sapta and Pak Ade (2nd night) were always great and helpful. The next morning, I met Bu Yanti( Sales Manager) and Pak Sonny (Resident Manager) to discuss about those matters and I am very delightful with the way Bu Yanti listened and handled what has happened really well. Pak Sonny also shows how to be a great hotelier by listening well to what happened without being defensive. He offered us room upgrade (we declined though our room is facing a concrete 😀 and afternoon tea. Here is a little thing about the hotel : Room - spacious, bed is comfy and size is average, modern toilet. Teas, coffee and bottled water available but place at the lowest tv cabinet, a little weird if you need to kneel down just to boil the water. Think of disability people on this matter please. Restaurant (The Cafe) for breakfast and dinner - many selections available, taste good, clean and friendly staff Pool - big and modern with pool attendant available. Concierge and hotel operator - always respond about our enquiry very fast and friendly. Kidz club - great condition and friendly attendant. Lastly, I would like to thank Pak Sonny and Bu Yanti for your attention and time during our stay there, and yes, that time you both spare to send us was very memorable to my mom. Thanks a lot and keep the good service....

It’s just very hard not staying at this resort while visiting Bali. From the 1st step on this resort, we we’re amazed by it’s magnificent views and spoiled by the top notch services. Yesterday we spent 3 nites at Mulia Resort with our Parents, and my mother are using a wheelchair. we can access easily to the beach with a wheelchair. Rooms & Bedding’s are perfect. Children facilities & activities are remarkable. Even my 6 yr daughter had the impression that Mulia Kidz has the highest standart for kids club, kids pool & kids activities. So everytime we go to Bali, she will always be the one who remind us to stay at Mulia. Food, no doubt Mulia has the highest standart & tastes compared to other 5 star properties. We had the breakfast & dinner in Mulia, and the tastes & variety are Exceptional. Dinner at the Cafe felt like attending a party hahahaaaa. Last but not least, Ms. Joyce from Sales & Marketing has been very attentive towards our needs. Pampering us on every detail needs, especially for the kids. From booking until check out, she has been showing the Mulia Hospitality.

Pro: Lots of restaurant options. Beachfront. Big pools. Good food! Big room & luxurious. They have small slides for kids. Con: The vibe is somehow not as cool, especially in the quiet hallways, feels kind of ‘dead’. Kids club was closed. Bit overrated. Will we come back? Maybe Child friendliness rating: 4/5 Check out our instagram for more honest reviews @thebalireviews

This is our 2nd visit to The Mulia Resort and it did not disappoint, it was an 11 night stay and we were 5 x adults. There is much to rave about, the friendliness and incredible professionalism from all the staff, great housekeeping, huge well maintained grounds, massive pools, but what I will remember for a long time is the food, the breakfast is unmatched, anywhere (in my experience), the Table 8 restaurant is a taste sensation but the standout is the Soleil restaurant, we ate there a few times and every meal was faultless, the presentation was wonderful the taste sensational. Highlights: - The team, we did not walk pass any team member during our stay that did not greet us with a warm smile - Food, many choices and options, try them all - The best hotel gym that I have experienced, fantastic and well maintained equipment Lowlights: - None that we experienced What a pleasure to have Bali open again, Balinese people make you feel very welcome on their island and we cannot wait to travel there again!

Very large compound. You won't feel the crowd other than during meal times (at least for now in post-covid world). Perfect ocean breeze everywhere. Lots of shaded areas and chaise lounges and sofas. Lots of vegetation. You can sunbathe or just lie back and enjoy the cool breeze. Rooms are spacious. Modern and luxurious bathroom. Delicious breakfast buffet with lots of variety. There are several restaurants which are delicious enough if you choose to dine in the resort. There are three swimming pools and a fun splash pool for kids with slides. There's also a kids play area by the pool and another in the main building. Staff are very friendly and eager to help. Heri at Cascade lounge and Ina from Sports & Leisure were happy to answer my questions and strike a conversation with me and my family. They were having lots of promos even i stayed. I got the best deal booking through the hotel's website directly. Excellent resort to recharge and relax. Beautiful sun, blue skies and sea🌊⛱️🌊⛱️

I spent a straight chain of around 4 hours on site by the beach on the sun lounger. The staff escorted me to find the best spot, lay down covers to keep it neat and comfortable. The service was quick and very humble waiters around as well. Special mention to Mr.Dodi who was my server and attended to everything with a smile on his face. Overall, the place is very clean and well maintained. You get a senses of privacy, silence and a nice view of the ocean. The staff are incredible and the food was amazing. Tip : try out the Nasi goring Babi if you want to see their take on local cuisine.
