Had a fantastic stay here for 7 days, Definitely recommend doing the daily water aerobics with instructor mawan, very fun exercises, friendly and a good start to the day to get the body active. Overall a nice resort, always clean and very friendly staff, and a great buffet breakfast and dinner!
Best pool ever. My experience of swimming in mulia’s pool is one of the best that I have had. Pool is so big and warm. Overall, Mulia resorts is a picturesque place. It has got wonderfully maintained gardens. I had a very good view from my room. I had a toto commode installed which is a rare commodity in hotels in Bali. Room is big and exudes luxury and comfort. Service is good - beyond Bali hospitality. I would visit here again and multiple times. View from the lobby and lobby design exudes class
Even though we came over for business, we still felt like we were on a holiday because of the service we received in The Mulia! Addy was doing the best job in the restaurant. Butlers were all great, girls on reception were exceptional! I do not have any complaints or any comment on what can be done better - everything, every single thing was excellent! The set up of The Mulia is very privet, convenient, close to beach and still convenient to go to the main resort. So you don't spent too much of your time just walking between your room and the restaurant or to go down to the beach.
We came to The Mulia after spending a week in Ubud and at first I was overwhelmed by the grandeur of the Mulia, but within 24 hours, I was happily settling in and by the end of our stay, I was simply blown away with how amazing everything was and I didn't want to leave! From the cleanliness of our room and all of the The Mulia, to the amazing restaurants, and the wonderful and attentive staff, everything exceeded our expectations, and we have stayed in some amazing resorts. We had a 24 hour butler, and honestly that was next level in service....nothing was too much to ask; I wish I could have a butler in my real life! Whatever we asked for for organised immediately and with such courtesy and kindness. I have to mention Debi and Yuni in particular; they were amazing. The gym was one of the nicest and most well fitted out gyms I've come across in any 5 star resort, and I had a personal fitness session with Vivin which was fantastic. There were so many pools but we mainly used the Mulia pool because it wasn't busy. The temperature of the water was perfect and the sun lounges were so comfortable, and there was no shortage of fresh towels. Ina looked after us so well, with fresh water bottles, fruit and sunscreen whenever we were at the pool We were in a Baron Suite facing the gardens and the view was gorgeous. Very quiet and tranquil. We had a jacuzzi on our balcony which was an awesome way to end the day. We ate at Edogin, Table8, The Cafe (buffet), Soleil and The lounge and all were delicious. The Cafe was a bit busy so we only went there twice, but the food was delicious nonetheless. I loved Soleil because it had an extensive a la carte menu including Indonesian food which was excellent. Special mention to Desi for looking after us so well. And last but not least, the Lounge. We had daily breakfast and afternoon canapés and cocktails here, and it was just the best. The service was fantastic, in particular Ade, Andre, Nadia and Eka were so attentive to our every need. We were really spoilt and just overwhelmed by the service we received. If there's one thing that would improve The Mulia experience, it would be that it would be great to have something to make you feel that you are experiencing Balinese culture...some Balinese music, cultural shows etc...that would make it next level. All in all, we had the most wonderful stay and I would love to return again very soon! Even our send off was incredible...if I could give the Mulia 6 stars, I would- it was magnificent in every way. Thank you to all of the staff, they are what makes this resort so special.…
When we were looking for an all inclusive resort with great pool facilities, we decided on the Mulia based on reviews. Now that we are here, I’m not sure we made the right choice. The pool options and beach front is great but it’s all the resort really offers. Everything else is so big and mobbed with people. Breakfast had huge line up and tables extended all the way outside. If you are looking for something more exclusive, I would stay find something else. Sorry Mulia, we are not sold on the bigness of the experience and crowds
We stayed at The Mulia for 7 nights with our 14month old son in June and we absolutely loved it! The resort itself is huge and we were taken around a lot in a buggy but it is walkable too. The pool is definitely the standout feature with the beautiful statues that line it and the view of the beach in the background! The furniture, chandeliers and artworks that have been chosen are also exquisite! This place just oozes with class! We stayed in a Oceanfront Earl Suite. The room was so spacious and always cleaned to a very high level by our room attendant Mertana. We loved the view from our very spacious balcony and used our jacuzzi every day! The view for sunrise was so beautiful. There were even 2 Toto toilets with heated seats in the suite! All of the staff are exceptional! They are all so warm and friendly, always greeting you with a smile and willing to go out of their way to help you out or make your stay just that much more comfortable. Those that stood out to us on our trip were Butlers:Debbie, Gusti, Mahendra and Adi Waitstaff:Ade, Junni, Nadia, Sulia Lifeguards:Dikka and Darma Front desk: Jinny We were greeted by name nearly everywhere we went in the resort which I also thought was a really nice touch that you don't normally get. The food at Soeil was definitely our favorite! The grill items, Indonesian dishes and the lamb chops were stand out dishes for us. We also enjoyed Edogin for dinner. You have to try the Swordfish with garlic rice! The staff work really hard to keep the whole property pristine including the beach. It was a shame to watch guests throwing their straw/ sanitiser wipe wrappers on the floor and walking away. I just think we as guests need to take the responsibility for not only the places we stay but also looking after the planet too. This isn't a fault of the resort at all and I understand the need to have Covid precautions in place. It was just something we noticed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! By the end of the trip, The Mulia was feeling as comfortable as home and we were not ready to leave! We will definitely be back again!…
