Our experience at The Mulia was exceptional. Service was second to none, all staff were friendly and respectful at all times, we were usually greeted by our names throughout the resort ! Nothing was too difficult and staff were fantastic in assisting us with late checkout, local shopping recommendations etc. The suite was beautiful, high end amenities, very clean and well appointed. Private jacuzzi looking out over the ocean certainly a lovely way to relax. Beautiful pastries and fruit upon arrival and delicate handmade chocolates as a departure gift just enhanced the whole experience. We ate at several of the resort restaurants, the highlight definitely being brunch at Soleil and afternoon tea in The Lounge every day! We alternated between swimming at the beach and relaxing in a poolside cabana, both enjoyable. The day spa was also incredible - 3 visits in 7 days! This resort is outstanding, the location, the facilities, the food, but above and beyond the staff make this a first class experience all the way. We had such a relaxing and enjoyable week, we will definitely return as soon as we can, hopefully with several friends/family as well !

We highly recommend The Mulia. From the beautiful resort, top notch facilities, amazing restaurants, top quality food, the rooms to the friendly, professional staff - we could not fault it. We had an amazing experience staying there and can not wait to go back. This was our first holiday with a baby and we found that the staff helped make it very easy and enjoyable. They really made our trip unforgettable and were much appreciated. Note: If travelling with a baby then ask what they can provide as we were able to borrow a cot, baby blanket, baby bath and electric bottle steam sanitiser but they may have had more equipment.

We booked via Agoda and stayed for 2 nights after a straight forward check in. The resort is absolutely stunning with well manicured gardens in a fantastic beach front setting. Initially, it took some time to get our head around where all facilities were, as the place is huge, but in the end we found that, from a structural point of view, the resort is very well thought off with a fantastic layout. The are several swimming pools, however, we spend both days on the beach. Initially we were a bit surprise with it, as lots of plastic floating around in the water, as well as, algae’s. However, after strolling around the beach strip to the other side of Nusa Dua, we realised that, actually, Mulia has one of the cleanest beaches around the area and that the staff works hard to keep the beach pristine. Our room, a standard one, was incredibly large with an amazing luxurious bathroom. Air con was silent, and complementary water bottles as well as toiletries, were much welcomed. A downside we found was that there was a lot of information leaflets and warnings around the room, and in the current day and age, the resort should look into being more eco friendly and avoid unnecessary paper, electricity and plastic usage. Staff was super friendly and always around to help with any issue. Breakfast was out of this world, with so many options, all of them of top notch quality. In one morning we ate easily 50£ worth of sashimi each, and it was delicious. They have several options of different coffees and fresh juices. We had dinner at table 8, Chinese restaurant, and we were treated like royalty. The menu was completely different from our usual Chinese place, and I really enjoyed the quality of the food, which supports the slightly expensive prices. We were disappointed to find out that the Japanese restaurant was closed throughout our stay and nobody really knew why?! However, we tried a restaurant outside Mulia, which was an easy 2 min walking following the right side of the beach and it was superb. Overall and otherwise, this resort is one of the most luxurious ones we have ever been and you definitely get your money’s worth. I would easily come back here in a heartbeat to receive the high end
