business trip experience at Conrad Bali *check in process is very easy *hotel view is very beautiful which needs to be repaired *hotel facilities are starting to be outdated *room telephone needs to be repaired appreciation for the staff at conrad • especially for the duty manager of Conrad Bali when he was on duty I forgot the name •For David, Bella and Roma as workers at Conrad Bali, they helped me outside the hotel, ordering a taxi from Seminyak to the Conrad Hotel in Bali, there I was almost cheated because the local taxi price was very expensive to get to the Conrad Hotel in Nusa dua, and they helped me, I really appreciate that they can remember and recognize their guests outside the hotel, and I am very happy to be able to meet them, I can only say thank you, •thanks also to Ery, I don't know his exact name, but he has glasses, thank you for preparing my invoice * I will come back here for vacation, pleasant business trip, warm greetings from the Philippines…

I am very happy to be able to stay here, there are many activities that can be done here, all the staff are very very friendly, I praised one trainee named Bela, he could speak Korean. I was very surprised that he knew what I was talking about and greeted me. I also praised how friendly the bellboy there was, and for Desi at reception, I really liked how he made me comfortable during the check-in process.

After a week in Ubud, we wanted to be closer to the airport upon departure the next day so we had our amazing driver take us to the Conrad in Nusa Dua. Traffic can be brutal, so instead of stressing out, this was by far one of the best decisions we made. As a Hilton Diamond member, we were given an upgrade to a pool/ocean view. We enjoyed the afternoon tea and the Happy Hour. The breakfast buffet was so huge - I only wish I was hungrier so I could have tried more things! There is a whole room just dedicated to Indonesian food and there is a kids food area that is adorable (with a donut wall!) Everyone at this resort was so friendly - from room check-in to restaurant/bar workers. Had we been there longer, I would have absolutely have parked myself in one of the wonderful seaside day beds. I'm definitely going back! If you are headed to/or back from the Ubud area, I recommend my driver - Nyoman Sujani - WhatsApp +62 822-6611-3845 . She has great day trip suggestions, knows where to take you to shop for off-the-beaten-path art/woodwork/exotic fruit, etc., and is a single mom doing amazing things, so I just want to support her. My husband (Hilton Diamond for Life) and I visited the Hilton Bali from August 27 through September 6, and the Conrad Bali from September 6 through 14. We highly recommend both of these spectacular hotels. The review for the Hilton Bali has been posted separately. This was our third visit to the Conrad Bali since 2018, and we can’t wait to return. The Conrad treats us extremely well during our visits, which is why we continue to return year after year. The grounds are immaculately maintained and beautiful, with frangipani, birds of paradise, hibiscus, orchids and many other flowers, koi ponds, and other beautiful architecture throughout the property. At night, the properly is dimly lit with lanterns and torches and is somehow just as pretty as during the day. The staff were distinctly kind and helpful-- some of the staff even remembered us from our previous visits. We have spent our two last wedding anniversaries at the properly, and the Conrad helped to make our anniversary special by presenting us with plumeria leis at our beachside cabana seacuterie dinner at Eight Degrees South, as well as fresh flowers, towel sculptures in the room, and congratulatory drinks/cakes in the lobby. Special thanks to Adi (17 years with Hilton; at the concierge desk) for his assistance and attention to detail, Sukmavanti in the lobby lounge, February at check-in, and Efai, as well as the countless others who worked very hard to make our trip so special. Note that, in contrast to the Hilton Bali, there do not seem to be any monkeys at this property. The food is very good, with a vast array of options at the main breakfast (Suku), including a fruit canoe, and Rin, which had a smaller but equally nice array of options. Both breakfasts were fantastic, and included our new favorite, Balinese porridge. We spent nearly every evening in the lobby enjoying canapes and drinks, and we also enjoyed tea several times. If you want to leave the property, it is a short walk to small sundries stores and other local restaurants. Room service was quick, reasonably priced, and delicious. We hope to return in 2024!…

Amazing resort with the most friendly and helpful staff. Great food selections at breakfast and other dining options. Rooms very beautiful and clean. Variety of activities at the resort and many pools to swim in. Had a free 30minute photo session with the resort photographer and will definitely encourage everyone to do this. We had so much fun and the photos came out stunning. Great holiday for family and friends. And if you are looking for a destination wedding, this is the place. We were lucky to see a wedding being set up.

I stayed in Conrad Bali for three days. The accommodation in Conrad Bali was very good and all the staff were very friendly. JIWA Spa gave me a relaxing time and the therapyist was professional. I took 3 tennis lessons and it was an unforgettable experience. Coach Budi’s lesson was very good and passionate. I plan to come to Conrad Bali again next year to meet coach Budi.
