We ate at the Italian restaurant in the Amanusa and were very very disappointed. The servers were well-ish intentioned but clearly weren't trained properly. We had ordered a half portion of salad however we were given a full portion. While this alone would be fine, when we asked why this happened, they questioned if we actually mentioned a half portion....

It has an amazing courtyard and pool. It's more modern than the other places in Bali. The food was also delicious. The dining areas have great views. It's not by the beach, though. The service was excellent. It's great for relaxing.

This was the second time we spent a few nights in Amanusa and it was great again. From pick-up at the airport through to departure everything was just great. Pick-up at aiport: driver was easy to find, transfer was agreeable (water and cold towel in car) and quick check-in took only a few minutes, welcome drink and cold towels were...

You can't get better service in any hotel or resort. Perfection is their name for service. We had a private pool suite with a private outdoor day bed. The pool overlooked their golf course and beautiful planting seeds. The indoors was furnished beautifully with muted tones and comfortable furniture. The bath had indoor and outdoor showers plus an outdoor bath...

This please is very cozy part of a luxury chain Aman. Hotel is very traditional! The roof from aling-aling, balinese decorations, tropical design... all made with a good taste and created to give you that feeling of relaxation in a 5* hotel. The restaurant is small and quite with the fantastic salads , pizza and breathtaking view!

We stayed here for four nights in January on our way to pick up a Seabourn cruise. From the moment we arrived in Bali and were collected from the airport by the hotel staff we were looked after impeccably. We were upgraded to a fantastic detached suite overlooking the golf course, the suite which had its own terrace with a large covered...

The resort is quietly tucked away from one of the main streets of Nusa Dua and slightly elevated for a beautiful view of Bali and the ocean. During our stay, we felt as if we were the only guests as the pool, restaurants, beach club, and the restaurants were empty. The resort grounds are beautiful, more traditional than compared with...

We stayed at Amanusa for two nights before moving to Amandari. Can't say anything that hasn't been mentioned - it's is all very personalised without being overbearing. It's where everyone knows your name and you're welcome like family.

The staff are more beautiful and caring than the exquisite resort something you rarely see anywhere in the luxury lodging world. With only 30 rooms and a staff of over 140, your every wish is anticipated and executed lovingly with a smile and real concern. The food was sublime! We couldn't get enough Indonesian/Thai food at the upstairs restaurant. Downstairs...

While located in one of the more touristy areas of Bali, Amanusa provides a wonderfully peaceful setting to relax and unwind. The expansiveness of the property was stunning considering only 30 something suites occupy the space. The property is so private and quiet that you can go hours without seeing another guest - I frequently had the entire beach club...
