An overall satisfying trip! The hotel staff were very nice. Our children enjoyed the direct access to the lagoon pool. However, the sofa bed was too soft for us and did not provide for a restful sleep. Provision of free wifi was much appreciated, however...More

The staff were the best part of this hotel, just lovely and helpful. Our room was clean, fairly old but everything worked. We really enjoyed the entertainment at the seafront restaurant and the food was excellent. Overall it was fairly good value for money.More

I visited in early April and there was no problem with resort restaurant bookings. There are enough lounge chairs available by the pool. Lounge chairs by the beach is another issue. There were plenty of European tourists during this time who flocked to the 'all guests' part of the resort beach. However if you book The Level experience (private villas) you have your own lounge chairs and pool and own exclusive section of the beach. Plenty of visitors in July and August.
