Comfortable for couples, great locations, nice and clean hotel with great hospitality. I visited this hotel just after Bali reopen for domestic travellers. will definitely revisit this hotel during my next trip to Bali.
This hotel is perfect for family, there are tons of children activities here that will make your kids happy. I see children running around all day jumping from pool to carnival to bicycling to watching movies with popcorn and ice cream. Watching them is just so much fun! Don't worry about the parents as they have bar, coffee stall, shisha spot, sparkle bar, cabanas, dj, and live music. So the adults are well entertained too. Happy kids, happy parents are truly found here I guess? The staffs were so friendly too, it feels like I'm not in a resort but in a Mini Disneyland? Hahah loving my time here so much.
Initially booked for a month and half (paid in full), but only managed to stay for a month. It’s been a sweet and sour stay, and sour in the end. Like a piece of hams, after the party is over, it turns sour and need to be thrown out :) good things: -room was pretty well maintained, and clean. -beautiful garden with old balinese charm -great staffs especially in the restaurant and activities Health protocol wasn’t strict at all, there were events attended by hundreds of people, don’t expect guests wearing masks. many day pass guests on the weekend. However we would like to say Special Thanks to the staffs in activities they were kind , creative, energetic and attentive, they deserve the credit Thanks to Dayu, Irul, Alep, Diarsa, Agus, Ian, sasih, Jung Mas and the whole team (👍👍👍👍👍) keep up the good work! No doubt this hotel is one of the busiest along the strip with many events and kids activities. Our son was sad to leave his friends there, but we were lucky to be able to find another 5* hotel that help us a-lot during those time. and makes him happy again. Team from restaurant Parwati, Sagung, Trisnawati (breakfast) and many others were so kind and attentive (breakfast service was great) foods were ridiculously expensive compared to the neighborhood hotels. the quality was mediocre at most. Thanks to Frieda and the management team for treating us that ‘way’ and left us with no option, which we have reconfirmed with gov authority which was actually not much a problem if the hotel could handle the problem. when you are away from home and got problem, the management team will turn your back on you. we were naive to believe staying with them (5* hotel) would be better option and safe. will we be coming back to stay with Melia, we don’t think we will be back after such traumatic stay. too bad we are not able to leave with good impression in the end. However we hope that tourism in Bali will be back strong again.…
The person taking care of the sports court, had serves us well in Archery tennis and badminton. We and our family had a good time. Court kept clean and neat. If you are looking for some fun times with friends and family.
We had an amazing stay in Melia Bali, upgraded to the Level which was well worth it and the daily canape/drinks at the Level lounge was always so lovely. Staff are fantastic everywhere, especially the Level Pool where every day each converstation was so personal. We also attended the Bali Prayer ceremony which was fantastic to see and be involved in. Special shout out to Adi, Darma, Suarjaya and Resti - you made our holiday and we will definately consider a return trip in the future. Actually travelled September 2019
