We spent a week in this magnificent hotel and we would recommend it to everyone. The hotel property is huge and you never feel like there is too many people. Service and food (5 different restaurants) is excellent. Staff is always smiling and accommodating. Pool is great, beach is nice and everything is very calm and quiet. A perfect week...

The hotel was a great place to stay with great food and service. The Spa facilities were excellent too. Location was amongst the other hotels but beach was clean and not crowded. Staff were very helpful with organising tours and taxis. I highly recommend it as a place to stay.

This hotel is all that it promises to be & more. On our first night we woke up to very loud music at a neighbouring hotel. Management went to great lengths to apologise and upgraded us to the most stunning Agung Suite. Not to say that our original room wasn't stunning. The rooms are genuinely exquisite. The Agung suite had...

We stayed over New Year. We were a family with 2 x adult children. We booked a family deluxe room which was two rooms with interconnecting doors. Perfect for our family. All staff were friendly, helpful and always welcoming. The breakfasts were very good with another four restaurants to choose from for lunch or dinner. A courtesy shuttle leaves on...

I stayed here for my honeymoon and had a great time. When we checked out we put our suitcases with the Bell Hop due to a late flight and spent the day at the pool. Our camera (which had all of our holiday photos and videos) was in a suitcase but we stupidly did not have a lock on the...

Can highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a very relaxing and exclusive Bali getaway experience. Great semi private sheltered beach, a garden oasis and a range of restaurant experiences, organized excursions, hotel transport etc. Extremely attentive staff and management. Good for a long weekend getaway for families. Very good value too, compared to other resorts in the alternative...

This is a well established friendly clean hotel. We stayed in a Premier Room with a king bed. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and we slept really well. We had breakfast included in our rate. The buffet breakfast had a great selection, we especially enjoyed the bircher muesli and croissants. Service everywhere at the hotel was very friendly...

We stayed at this hotel over Christmas and had a fabulous time. The hotel is beautiful, set in an old Balinese place, with a striking gateway leading to the open air lobby. On arrival and throughout our stay the staff were attentive, friendly and welcoming. They were always happy to help and greeted us whenever they saw us. The pools...
