We stayed here for 8 nights in May 2022. The place is very run down. Tiles are coming off the bottom of the pool. The gardens are unkempt - the place is just tired. The creepiest experience we had was with the cleaning staff. Not only did they forget to clean our room twice - 2 cleaners turned up without knocking at 9:00 pm one night on the guise of ‘bringing us some water’. Just opened up our door and walked in. We were in bed. On our last night the cleaner left his dirty rag on our bed and didn’t even finish cleaning our room. The staff were pleasant but I would not recommend this place.

Dear hollandrachelm, Thank you for the comments on your recent stay here at Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa. I am truly saddened to learn of your less than expected experience here and I offer my unreserved and wholehearted apologies. The actions of the room attendants are definitely not our standards that we would like to offer our guests and should have never happened. I shall certainly personally look into all these shortfalls with the sole intention to improve in the areas highlighted and to prevent any such incidences happening again in the future. Hollandrachelm, once again – on behalf of the team, very sorry. With best regards Neil

Dear Juan S, Thank you for taking the time to write a review for us on TripAdvisor. We all do really appreciate the great feedback we receive from our guests, especially our guests that return to visit us. It is always such a pleasure to read that our guests enjoyed their stay with us and that we do still show off our “Authentically Bali” experiences to everyone. The local Balinese staff are really proud of their heritage and take any opportunity to share their culture with everyone. I will certainly pass your kind words onto the entire team, especially those that are responsible for the rooms, pools, beaches, food, etc. I assure you they will be glad to hear that you were happy during your time here with us. Once again, thank you for your kind review and hope to be able to welcome you back, once again, on your next visit to Bali. Best regards Neil Firman Interim General Manager

We have been coming to this wonderful hotel for many years, but like so many others, the pandemic put a s top to that over the past 24 months. However, over the Easter holidays things opened up, and we were absolutely delighted to return to our home away from home. The staff were so welcoming and accommodating; food and facilities were great, and the environment was a beautiful as ever. We always take the Palace Club package, and would highly recommend it to any visitors to the resort. However, would really like to see the Palace Club Lounge re-opened sooner rather than later. Our visit was way too short, and we look forward to returning to this awesome, tranquil and magical hotel in December.

Dear 123Jemima, It was great to see you and the family again!!! After such a long time being “off the grid”, it was so nice to see some familiar faces again and to catch up on the news. Firstly, thank you for taking the tome to write a review for us on TripAdvisor. I am sure your review will entice a few other repeater guests to come back, as they can now see that we are all waiting to welcome them back. Your visit was just in time for the start of the post pandemic increase in business and as the hotel gets back on line we will surely be getting everything back to normal. It was good to read that even though with the few limited services, you still enjoyed the accommodation, food and facilities. Once again, thank you for your kind review and hope to be able to welcome you back, once again, on your next visit to Bali in December. And yes, the Palace Club will be waiting for you as well!!!!! -Baie Dankie- Neil Firman Interim General Manager

I felt very pleasant staying at the Nusa Dua beach hotel. The hotel building is very luxurious and displays Balinese culture. I got to know a lot about Balinese culture from various parts of the building at the Nusa Dua hotel. I was amazed by the very well-maintained hotel building, the staff was very friendly, kind, and responsive to guests. The hotel rooms are very comfortable with complete facilities. The restaurant provides very delicious food. Many local animals such as lizards, squirrels, birds, and geese are allowed to roam and interact with guests. Guests can also enjoy swimming on the beach with white sand and calm clear water. I will definitely come back again for the next trip and enjoy a very comfortable staycation at the Nusa Dua beach hotel. Thank you..

We spend Nyepi at Nusa Dua Beach Resort and Spa. It was really nice, rooms nice, staff very fruendly and fiod was really yummy, they did really good job with such a cheap price for Nyepi package. This hotel has big potential, due pandemic situation probably has budget costs and miss selling oportunitues with guests which they have at least. Wish you much more clients. I will come back. Thank you

I stayed during the end of 2021 with my family whom I haven't met for a while because of the COVID pandemic. The hotel is very beautiful, with a lot of Balinese traditional architectures and designs. It was not very packed so we have a lovely time at the beach, enjoying the breeze and the view. The hotel located on a very wide, clean, white sandy beach, and with a lot of trees in the area for shades, so it was perfect. We had a wonderful time, and big thanks to Nona and the team for their hospitality, it was a very enjoyable stay, would totally recommend the hotel for anyone who looks for traditional Balinese nuances.

Stay on last November, it is a very well kept older hotel, with fabulous reliefs on the walls, this pic is at the entrance & is a beautiful spot for that iconic Bali photo, spent whole day on the beach, which has a light, bright feeling & felt like it's own private beach. Lovely.

Strictly Healt Protocols that make us feel safe while my daughter work from hotel during Indonesian Quarantine time, the Wi-fii is really good thank you to Mr Oke the IT man , he really helpfull and fast respon when my daughter face the issue with the wi fii, he willing to come to hotel to help us eventhought he is not on duty, again thank you for your good work and responsibility Mr Oka. The healthy protocols is really good, when the staff spoted visitors who not wear mask , they (Arini and Noni is really good on duty manager) frankly ask them to wear mask, it make us feel safe in this hotel. If you looking for high standard healthy protocols, fast wi fii for work from hotel and super friendly staff that make you feel like home, this is the right hotel for you. The valuable “resource” in this hotel is the outstanding friendly and fast respons staff. For muslims , you can feel safe eat in this hotel resto , no pork . The staff in resto is really friendly , good food taste , serve Indonesian and western breakfast.
