We stayed at the hotel a few times but this was our first stay at the Palace Club. I think it is only fair to start with the friendliness, helpfulness and great service at The Palace Club under the leadership of Miss Nona Novita. What a Star.! From start to finish for a week

Our first time staying at Nusa Dua Beach Hotel, although we had visited friends staying there a couple of years prior. We liked the look of the facilities when we visited, so booked 3 nights here at the end of our Bali holiday with other friends - 16 of us, including adult

After spending a week in Seminyak my wife and I decided to spend a few nights away from the beeping taxis and constant scooter noise before we returned to Australia. Nusa Dua seemed like a good option, secluded from the hustle and bustle of central Bali yet not too far away,

The procedure in case of a Tsunami is to go to the top floor of the hotel. There are signs pointing the way. But my understanding is that Indonesia’s tsunami warning system is defunct, so I’m not sure how they would know that a tsunami was on its way. Nothing was said about earthquakes but the sensible thing to do in case of earthquake is to get away from buildings.

I do not really know, I would think that if there is no extra bedding there would be no extra charge especially considering the age of the children.

There are several restaurants you can pick from on the resort property. Raja’s has Balinese cuisine and The Tiki Bar is an award winning Mediterranean bar on the beach. The food is great and not very expensive, but probably more than you would pay outside the resort. Service is amazing! The breakfast buffet has a great selection. If you’re interested in eating elsewhere, there is a shuttle service to the mall Bali Collection where there are a few other restaurants. We also tried a small family owned restaurant in town that was really good, too, but I don’t remember the name. I found food in Bali to be one of the best in all my travels.

Yes you can wear smart shorts my husband did, the bars close at different times like the other person said but the drinks are quite pricey unless you inclusive but if you walk along the beach front for about fifteen minutes there is shops and restaurants and bars that are much cheaper hope you have nice time the hotel is beautiful and friendly

"Lagoon rooms are great if you want a quiet swim, close to your room. From what I have seen all the rooms are equally, tastefully furnished."
"We stayed in a deluxe room for 4 however as was 5 of us found it too small. Next time we would need to look at larger accomodation."
"I would thoroughly recommend the Palace Club Rooms"
"Try to get a room with a sea facing balcony on the 3rd floor"
"2 deluxe rooms combined into a large family room, AC , each with s private balcony , free wifi "
