This used to be my home when I was little and I returned 20 years later, the staff still as kind and welcoming as ever. They made my stay incredible; the food, the room, the resort, everything was incredible. Thank you for an amazing stay - could not recommend this hotel enough. ❤️

A huge thank you to Ni Wayan Arini and her colleagues for a magnificent stay at the Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa. My wife and I have been fortunate enough to travel the world and stay in some magnificent hotels and we can honestly say we have received the best and most courteous service. Every request has been met promptly and with a huge smile, we have lost count of the number of staff that have thanked us for staying at their resort. One of the best locations in Nusa Dua. Staff are friendly and location is perfectly situated in Nusa Dua. We went there for our honeymoon many years ago and recently we returned with our 2 teenagers and so glad to see its still just as good. We rebooked to go there again in 3 months time thanks to their professional Concierge Manager Indrajaya who made our rebooking seamless and easy.

We had dinner at Tamarind Restaurant on February 8th 2023. Booking was very easy and the response to my booking request was super quick. It was a Bday dinner for my mum which I mentioned but did not expect anything additional to be done for it. The staff were wonderful on the night and the manager came to find me after mains saying they had a little surprise for my mums Bday a lovely dessert and Bday song. Thank you to Madr Yudi, Nori and Udi and all other staff working that night they were all wonderful and service was great. Food was delicious (thank you chef and team) and although above average for Bali still great value for money especially taking into account the location. My two girls (2 and 4) said it was the best restaurant ever! They loved the Live music happening next to the restaurant and playing on the beach. …

This was our third stay at NDBRS. Consistent with other stays, our experience was brilliant. The facilities are first class, the staff are always smiling and super helpful, a great selection of cuisines to meet every taste and reasonable prices. We had a small issue with A/C, the staff could not do enough for us, giving us credible options to address the problem.

Wow, what a beaut week at NDBH absolutely everything was perfect. The hotel is beautiful Balinese style which take my breath away. I was doing a lot of search before our trip and this hotel catch my attention and I’m so glad we booked it. We choose lagoon room with palace benefits and it was awesome. Delicious breakfast, afternoon drinks and evening cocktails was great and of course wonderful staff. Our big thank you to Wardama, Rasni,Yuni, Surya,Dian, Nicholas and the rest of staff, you are wonderful, it was pleasure to meet all of you. The resort has beautiful gardens, beautiful beach with a lot of lounges under the trees so you can always find a shade. We went to all 3 restaurants and they are very good. You have to check their beautiful Spa, awesome service as well. I have no one thing to complain about and I hope to come back one day. We love you Bali!…

Loved the authentic Bali experience. The level of detail in carvings, statues etc would never be repeated if built today. Upgraded to a Palace room which had a wonderful view of the pond and temple. Swimming pools are sensational, food is great and staff are excellent, even remembering our names. Couldn't ask for more.

The hotel management and staff really showed their care recently when my husband fell and hurt his back. They have a clinic nurse who was able to assess the situation and call a doctor. The duty manager Sukadana rang to ensure my husband was being well looked after, and ensure it was not caused by a hotel fault (it wasn’t). Transport to and from the International Hospital (close by), breakfast in the room for my husband, use of the hotel wheelchair and flowers to convey get well wishes and continued care. I know we were paying for all this attention, but it was comforting and reassuring. While my husband was recovering I was able to enjoy the resort’s facilities. Beautiful pool and beach, and a lovely lake (with water fowl) near a small on-site temple. Close to the Bali Collection for hassle free shopping. All staff were friendly and attentive. We would love to return.…
