We were in Kempinski Apurva for total 5 nights. Ee had good experience though the hotels is new and seemed to be quite busy. We came with our child and we had an amazing experience at Jalak Kids Club. We were ensure on the kids safety and as well as the health protocol. We left them eight after and even until time of closing. It felt like finally our daughter can have fun and we also can enjoy the facility as parent outside. Definitely will come back just because of the kids acitivty. Welldone for everyone at Jalak Kids Club, especially Windya.
The kids club is really good, so big, so many activities and clean also, all the staff were really friendly too, and ofcourse my kids really happy and enjoy with all the activities. They have indoor and outdoor activities
Wooowww… thats was my first expression when saw the lobby! Huge! and when you see the lobby balcony… Wooowwww. I was amazed with the size and stunning sea view. Luckily we’ve had double upgrade from deluxe to cliff junior suite! Man the room are great, so sophisticated and the private pool… Wooowwww We spent whole day to use all gigantic pool and my kids were very satisfied with the kids club… but movenpick kids club its still the best they said🤣 The Breakfast were top notched, you can see the effort for the quality and process. The services are good and very helpful, especially the kids club staff. Definitely i will back to this hotel every time visit Bali.
Booked our stay from 6 to 10th of june 2021. Our room is ocean front junior suite. The resort is beautiful with all sorts of activities included. The safety measures also really good. At the breakfast buffet they do have attentive staff to take the meal for you. But there were also problems i experienced when i stayed 1st. The buggy service is highly inconsistent. Sometimes they available sometimes they dont. For a resort this big i think buggy should always be available. Especially when you bring elder people to stay. 2nd. Room service. I ordered ice coffee and ice latte to our room. It took almost 20 minutes for our beverages to arrive. But i would understand given how packed the resort is. The problem is my ice in my ice coffee already melted. If you like to drink coffee you know how bad it is a diluted ice coffee taste like. The next day i ordered food for lunch. The delivery this time is good. But when we finished our food and put our food in front of our door it took them the next day to actually clean it up. Some of it even already stinks. Definitely not a service from resort like this 3rd. The bathroom. You can see that the bathroom is not properly cleaned. Not only in our room but also my moms room. 4th. Theres a lizard inside the room. I usually dont fuss about stuff like this but because we paid for a resort i expect a resort service. 5th. The floor. For a resort this new, the floor do show a lot of scratch damages. That makes it quite inferior with resort within vicinity with better flooring. The overall experience is still positive. But is this resort worth a second visit for me? I personally wouldnt. Because with the same price ive experienced better services.…
Very majestic structure, love the pool, the staffs were superb. Special mention to Juli, Flo, Widi that made our stay, breakfast, and inquiry well served. The breakfast were excellent with almond croissant one of the best. We got upgrade to room with pool that somehow still feel private despite shared the pool with other rooms. One of the best worth the price and definitely will be back for next vacation.
