Never stayed in such a fabulous Hotel with attentive and amazing staff who can’t do enough for you. The hotel gardens and lagoon pool are beautiful and the beach and views breathtaking. Each time you leave for a short trip you are welcomed back like family. The breakfast is the best. All the staff are so attentive and professional it would be unfair to pick out individuals l will definitely return.

I wished I can stay longer at the resort. The service and staff were excellent! I didn't leave the resort during my short stay. The hotel car transfer staff and security guard at the resort's gate set the tone for the wonderful stay. Check-in was fast and efficient. Then off on a mini tour of the resort using the buggy. I tried 2 massage treatments during my stay and the therapist, Sukendi, was very good. The receptionists at the spa were friendly. aqua vital pool was a cool experience, and I enjoyed the pool before each treatment. The resort kindly upgraded me to a villa with lagoon access. The villa was spacious and comfortable. The villa is very well maintained. The only downside is that the aircon is not cool during the hot afternoon but the air con is cooling at night. The bathroom is very nice though 2 minor things can be worked on - the bath tub doesn't seemed to work and the water will drain automatically. The sea salt is bit dirty and hardened at the bottom- there should be a spoon or spatula provided so that it is easier to take out the bath salt. No mosquitoes is a big plus point. The resort ground is beautiful and shaded. The beach area is clean and organised. I tried Boneka, Gourmand Deli and Kayuputi. Breakfast is a tasty and indulgent affair with many options. Lunch at Gourman Deli was delicious. I enjoyed dining under the star with a view of the beach at Kayuputi. All wonderful gastronomic experiences. Housekeeping did a good job. Room is always clean and tidy. I was hanging my wet shirt in the bathroom, and when I returned to the villa, I found a clothes rack outside with my wet shirt. A shout out to the butlers too. Room service was prompt and delightful. Tea service came with cookies. No request is too big or small. I had a great stay and hope to be back soon for vacation.

Staying 4 nights at St Regis was an excellent experience. I love the atmosphere that surrounded by garden and pool lagoon in the middle. The beach was so clean and very well maintained, we can enjoy sunrise every morning from the private beach. We stayed at one bedroom villa. The design is luxurious but yet homy. It has private pool and direct access to the beach. It is very clean and neat. Most of all, it’s the staff hospitality that made the stay memorable. They are very friendly and attentive, always willing not only to assist you but to delight you. Breakfast was exceptional, it was such a mood booster. Lobster omelet, pork belly rice is something you should not miss. Especially the desert: french toast croissant with cinnamon and banana bread with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce was super and will sweeten your day. Special thanks to pak Eka, the assistant of chef, that served us with the best dishes they have for breakfast. All dishes were so delicious. Overall, I rate St Regis Bali as the best 5star resort in Bali.

–– First-class customer service From the moment we arrived, the guest service greeted us with super friendly and warm welcome and smooth check-in. Every year we go back to Bali and stayed on different villas and hotels. You’d think that every 5-star hotels have the same standard. But its not until you have experienced staying in St. Regis Bali. Everyone who greeted us from lobby, valet parking and restaurants greeted us with our names and our kids names. Notable name Liliana (front guest service) –– Above and beyond service with highly passionate people and care What can top a service that is already so amazing? Its the people. Our son has accidentally slipped while sleeping at night and scratched his eye. We asked for an ice pack. Guess what? On top of what we requested, we got a flower, fruits and hand-written well wishes letter to our son from butler Dika. The people at the restaurant were super friendly and knowledgable with the menu. Eka and Sopan from Boneka restaurant were super friendly and recommended us with Boneka’s signature dishes and it was delicious food! All of the kids loved it and the kids had been given a hand-drawn hero and princess with their names on it. As mentioned, we have been going around many hotels and we don’t take feedback lightly as I personally love a good accomodation that we can relax with the family. We will definitely come back for another stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone for a great stay with your family!

Where so I start??? I left the hotel a mere 12 hrs ago, and I miss it terribly! I rated it a 5 start but given the choice the St Regis Bali Indonesia exceeded my expectations in all fronts and deserves a million stars ⭐️ I will start with the restaurants on the property; Kayaputi- It simply is the best restaurant I’ve had the pleasure of dining at in a long time. The chef and pastry chef are on top of their game. The twist of international cuisine blended masterfully with Balinese flavors is beyond this world. They are complemented by an amazing staff! Yasa was our host for the entire stay, no request was too much for him. He went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional! The entire Kayaputi staff were amazing, bartender made me the most delicious spicy margarita! Boneka- The all day dining restaurant only serves breakfast because of Covid restrictions, nonetheless food quality was top notch. The lobster omelette is a must try! We stayed in villa 706, it had a private pool and garden. It was the most beautiful hotel room I’ve ever set foot in! I could have stayed in the villa all day just admiring the furnishings space and ambiance. Room was spotless. Housekeeping team were amazing, they cleaned out the room the minute we walked out for breakfast. Room was always clean whenever we came back from an excursion. Credit goes to the butler and housekeeping team. This hotel had all the elements of a 5 star resort, but what puts it above the rest is the staff. They are the soul of this resort, their passion for what they do is admirable, from the front desk manager to the gardener who stands up from his squating position to give you a Balinese greeting, the butler team, driver, housekeeping, greeter at airport, concierge and musician in the lobby all inspire me to be the best at what I do. I cannot wait to return.

I visited this hotel years ago and it had a wow factor back then. Unfortunately, it hasn't aged well. The rooms are moldy and hasn't had a refresh for years. Service has been spotty as well: it took house keeping along time to freshen up our room, even after a massage appointment at noon our rooms weren't refreshed. Restaurant service is mixed: breakfast service was spectacular and what you would expect from st Regis. Service at kayaputi was less than stellar. The waiter for example failed to light the candle in front of him in both dinners we had there. Service was slow and inattentive. Our butler was MIA for our stay! It's definitely first class all the way! I've been coming to Bali hundred times in life and I definitely believe The St. Regis Bali is the best hotel in Bali. And Best hotel i've ever stayed in to date. I've tried their sunday brunch at kayuputi couple times and I totally adored them! So finally I booked and stayed in one of the lagoon villa and it was just perfection! The amenities, the services, the facilities, is just on another level compare to others! The villa was spacious, and well designed, the swimming pool is so big and could end up right near Kayuputi. Breakfast the next day at Boneka was AMAZING, we stuffed ourselves that we couldn't have lunch nor dinner that day! There's nothing I could fault here (and God knows how sometimes I could be crazy), so if you get the chance, stay here. You'll thank me later!

This was my first time staying in St Regis Bali. "Wow" is the perfect word to describe it. The experiences that my family and I had were flawless: super warm welcome, great room, exceptional service, superb breakfast, astonishing dinner, fun kids activities, and many more. We all had such an enjoyable relaxing time especially thanks to the people who were all very friendly and always ready to help - I would like to give a special mention to Bapak Agus Chief Concierge for arranging last minute flight change due to long delay (THANK YOU SO MUCH!!) and Bapak Eka at Boneka restaurant for entertaining my kids during breakfast (my kids gave you 1 MILLION STARS). Thank you for creating a memorable holiday. We do hope to stay again in St Regis Bali soon. Not only Bali's finest address, but it is topped off with the finest people.
