What an amazing experience this hotel is. I’ve stayed in hotels all over the world but nothing has come close to the food, the rooms, the service, but particularly the wonderful staff. The bedrooms are magnificent. We stayed in room 603. The butlers Tin and Widnyana and the rest of the housekeeping team couldn’t do enough for you. Aloe Vera for skin, bite cream, you name it, they got it. A credit to Yuliadi the head butler. Boneka was our main source of breakfast and dinner. The quality and taste of food was magical. Local cuisine mixed with a brilliant buffet. Again the service exceptional with a special mention for Romy who always checked we were ok and kept coming to us proudly with the next local dish for us to taste. We also ate in Dulang one night. This was a great experience of traditional Balinese food. Tastes were amazing. Darma and Puspita looked after us so well. Also treated to some local Balinese dancing. Thank you.

We stayed in 5 hotels during our recent 3-week trip to Bali, and this was definitely our least favourite. It has large, very beautiful grounds, and spacious rooms. Great for refinement, tranquility and social media posts, but less so for excitement. My wife thought it would be suitable for the elderly! The main freshwater pool was ornate but not very practical - many obstacles and low bridges meant it was hazardous to swim between sections. If you stay here, I suggest you book a pool villa because the standard rooms while large, have no meaningful view, making the balconies of limited value. But note that for the price of a standard suite here you can get a pool villa at the W, which we thought was very much better. Service levels were generally efficient as you might expect, but I felt the service at the W was more friendly and on-the-ball. Good breakfast - not a huge selection, but what they had was high-end and good quality. Breakfast always seems to be bundled in the room-rate, so the available benefits for Bonvoy Elite guests are somewhat limited, particularly since their upgrade policy seems to be restricted to just a one-higher room category (think Economy to Economy Plus on an aircraft). No other F&B benefits. On-site meals are of a very similar price and quality to a good London steak restaurant. You can always escape to Geger beach (which is 200m to the south) for cheap and cheerful barbecue and beer, but this tends to shut down at around 7.30. A few things about the hotel were distinctly 3-star though. The gym seemed like an after-thought, with limited equipment: the single proper exercise cycle was out-of-service while we were there. (Although the attendant helpfully suggested that I was welcome to peddle on it, I just wouldn’t meet any resistance!) Bathroom towels were all very scratchy - not sure if that’s deliberate or they’re worn out, but I can say that even $80 per night Poppies Hotel offered softer towels. The shower mixer was also worn out, making it very difficult to find and maintain an even temperature. Not great at this price-point. Finally, the location. The Nusa Dua resort area is very quiet, with wide, manicured, tree-lined avenues and no traffic jams or scooter craziness. But bear in mind that the reason it’s quiet is because it faces East: No ocean sunsets and no exciting waves mean no crowds.

This resort and its offering is very impressive hence my enthusiasm for this very positive review, it’s a fantastic place to stay in every possible way. My wife and I booked at short notice during a winter tour of Australia and Asia, after continually travelling around at 3 day intervals, we wanted to settle and recuperate for a week of pure rest on the way back to Europe. Our arrival and welcome was perfect, with an efficient pick up and 30 minute drive from Denpassar airport, we arrived to the gentle Balinese rindik chimes from the delightful local musician who plays daily in the lobby. After a buggy tour of the resort, we were checked into our upgraded villa suite with private pool, garden and gazebo whilst our room butler unpacked our baggage. Throughout our stay: FOOD: top quality throughout, whether enjoying fine dining from their Michelin calibre kitchen in Kayuputi, or the fantastic breakfast buffet, beach grill, or room service - it’s all outstanding quality, lobster omlette for breakfast was a first for us - delicious start to the day! SERVICE: super attentive, warm friendly and professional, present when needed, discreet when necessary, exceedingly well trained in all hospitality skills. Concierge very efficient and knowledgeable. Requests are always met with a positive response and nothing is too much trouble. WINE: Although wine is expensive in Indonesia due the import taxes, the resort has a Grand Award winning wine list, plenty to choose if you’re willing to pay, but also a good selection for those of us that seek value in the $150 per bottle range. SPA: Balinese massage treatments here are the best we ever experienced, and sufficiently affordable to enjoy every day! Therapists are well trained, professional, and attentive to guest needs. This was a busy time of year, yet spa appointments were widely available. ACCOMMODATION: luxury with deep pile carpet on Balinese marble and wooden flooring, super-comfortable beds and linen, daily complimentary pressing service, everything works including internet and tv streaming. RESORT SITUATION: The white sand beach is clean and safe for swimming, a combination of freshwater and saltwater swimmable lagoons also feature within the resort. There are several “swim-up” villas, multiple areas to relax, read, drink or dine. The St Regis Bar provides live entertainment in the evenings following a daily “sabre opening champagne ceremony” and complimentary aperitif- great jazz singer and pianist! During our time on the island of Bali we did visit a number of the other luxury resorts for drinks, lunch or dinner, all have something to offer, but for us the St Regis is the place we would stay should be return to Bali. Bravo!

Had the most exhilarating stay at St Regis in Bali for a week ! Most beautiful time ever - the property is gorgeous, needless to say. Spread over acres and acres, there are natures delights in all corners ! But what really sets this place apart is the service ! They have offered it / done it even before you can say it ! Always with a smile, going the extra mile every time. We celebrated my daughter’s bday at St Regis & what a delightful experience it was. Karba, the head butler went out of his way to take care of the minutest details over the 3 celebrations we had in 3 different places ! Chef Vincent made the most delicious extraordinary cakes ( I wish we could have carried some with us - never had anything like them). Our butlers - Dita, Harry (you were superb beyond words and we were able to catch our flight back, only thanks to you). We are sold. Would love to be back again at St Regis in Bali. Such a wholesome delightful experience is hard to come by. We were to go to another famous hotel chain the last few days of our trip but decided to come back to St Regis as it had started feeling like home. The people of Bali are beautiful but St Regis sets the bar even higher ! Thank you for helping us create beautiful memories for a lifetime. We are very grateful.

For someone who has stayed in at least 500 hotels and resorts , in my home country and overseas. This St Regis property belongs to one of the very best in providing awe and memorable experience. Perfection to guest service is at an all high , impeccable, near flawless. Lots of personnel and almost all of them do well . Very huge resort. Luxurious. Beautiful. The beach front and leisure amenities. The swimming pool in lagoon configuration. The fitness center. Top notch restaurants. There are no rooms. . Just suites , villas. Huge flat screen Tv . Comfortable beds. Cool AC . Expansive bathroom. With a Tv in your bathtub. Eco friend approach are evident. Loved that they have an assigned butler for us. Ready to serve coffee room service 24/7 complimentary. Loved the free pastries and nuts in silver jars. Loved the gifts given to our child aside from the gelato. Breakfast is unique in Boneka, it is buffet but they all serve a la carte a la minute steak and eggs , foie gras , and lobster omelette. What restaurant has that inclusion in a breakfast. To think that 11 am is the cut off time in their restaurant. Even dinner was a memorable experience. Don’t miss the fire dance near 6 pm. Don’t miss the taste test of Michelin labelled kayuputi restaurant. Serviced transportation was provided. A Toyota Alphard luxury van at that , to and from the airport. Many thanks to the staff they are all wonderful. Special mention of Wawan who toured us around the resort. He offered to carry my spouses handbag and unpack our luggages. Upon leaving he handed us a note of gratitude and hope that we enjoyed our brief stay. He even gave us small gifts. Actually the letter was heartwarming enough. Can’t say enough but it reflects the sincerity of the people of this resort. Thank you St Regis Bali .

This was our third visit to one of the most beautiful resorts we have ever visited. It has only gotten better. Great service is an understatement. From the moment we were greeted at the airport after an extremely long travel day, to the escorted walk to our car service as we were leaving, the stellar service and attention to detail never wavered. There was not one single "ball drop" in five days. As 23 year veterans in the hospitality sector, we are keenly aware of the challenges within the industry. Endless challenges. The St. Regis Bali has raised the bar for any US hotel/resort that we have ever visited. Probably any resort in the world. How do they accomplish this? The entire service team at the St. Regis Bali. It is difficult to mention individuals because there is someone that is going to be left out. For that I am sorry. However, there are exceptional team members that must be mentioned: Ani at guest reception-your memory and recall is uncanny. Gede-I look forward to seeing and hearing you perform every time that we walk through the grand lobby area. Augus (lead butler) saw that our accommodations were stocked with fruits and beverages of preference. This was on arrival, not after we had been there for a couple of hours... Felix, the food and beverage director of the resort, has an amazing team in all of the culinary venues offered at the resort. The breakfast team members in Boneka are on their toes every morning. Each team member is ready and eager to meet any request, regardless of the level of difficulty. Gourmand Deli is anything but a deli by American standards. They serve an outstanding evening meal in a beautiful garden setting. They also offer an array of beautifully prepared in-house created pastries and ice creams. The "deli" even offers an open look at the European pastry chefs working on their latest project (which happened to be a very large gingerbread house while we were visiting). Emi and Sudana are so kind and gracious anticipating our food interests and answering our myriad of questions. Kayuputi is an incredible gourmet venue that has a very creative menu that can be adapted to meet just about anyone that is difficult to please. Our server for two nights, Ari. was very quick to understand that one of our party leans vegetarian and made immediate suggestions for adaptation to the menu. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals on both evenings under the stars. The team members at the perfectly manicured beach area were timely and professional. There was always a quick response to any request. Assistance for anything was only a few steps away. The Iridium Spa. Wow! What an incredible oasis! Ayu, Mundri (thank you for the mangosteens!), Rudi, Nia and so many other ladies that are keenly attentive during the treatment sessions. The best place in the world (that I have found) for a Balinese massage!!!! There are many beautiful hotels and resorts around the round. If you picked up this property up and placed it in Miami, Bermuda, Rome, Singapore or even Hawaii, it would be a breathtaking resort. However, the difference would be that it would not have the genuinely gracious and hospitable people of Bali looking after you. We thank every, single team member that made our visit unforgettable!

This Resort is By far the BEST resort I’ve ever stayed in. I’ve traveled to over 30 countries and have never been mind blown like I am after visiting this place. Our villa was massive and not one detail was missed. Not only are the grounds Emmaculate, but the Service is Next Level. Every person we encountered on this resort was dedicated to making sure we had the best experience. I’m still in awe of the resort, the beauty of it, the service and the food. My goodness, the food was exquisite. My favorite was the breakfast/brunch buffet. Do yourself a favor and not miss it, you will be blown away by the menu and the unlimited food options. Thank you all for the best overall experience.

Stayed at this dream resort with a quiet beach , lovely restaurants and breathtaking villas. They have butler service with a team of warm people who warm your heart and make your stay memorable. Big shout out to Suyasa, Yuka, Guna and Eka who made our stay very special, told us stories of the local dishes and even gave us recipes to recreate these memories. We especially enjoyed the champagne ritual , fire dance and the royal feast at Dulang. We enjoyed our sunrise walk at the unspoilt and tranquil beach. Hope to visit again.

My recent stay at St. Regis Bali was an unforgettable experience. The staff, particularly Darma Puspita at Dulang and Sudana at the gourmet restaurant, were exceptional. Sudana’s skill in preparing coffee while I worked was a highlight. The butler service, including Tin, Ms. Ayun, and Mr. Agus, was impeccable, offering efficient and courteous assistance that greatly enhanced my comfort. The gym, with its excellent facilities and friendly staff like Gita, along with the superb spa, sauna, and steam room, contributed significantly to my wellness experience. Breakfast was a culinary delight, especially the steak and eggs with fresh lobster. Awan and the entire team demonstrated professionalism and skill. The dining options were excellent, both in quality and price. The nightly butler service of freshly baked cookies and chamomile tea was a thoughtful touch. While the overall experience was extraordinary, I noticed the pool area was quite busy during my stay, which slightly affected the tranquility. However, this is a minor point in an otherwise flawless experience. The St. Regis Bali stands out not only for its facilities but also for its exceptional staff and service. It's an ideal place for both relaxation and getting work done. I’m already planning my return to this outstanding property.
