Our tour guide, Karyasa drove us to our Hotel from the airport. We arrived in the afternoon and was given room 101. It was located at the end of the Hotel’s swimming pool. The room was small and the furniture was old and dated. The bed was low and the pillows offered little support. The air-conditioner wasn’t cold & WiFi connection was simply bad. You simply can’t get any service in the room although it was supposed to be complimentary. Worse of all, the room wasn’t as clean as I thought it would be. The en-suite bathroom was also not clean & the furnishings were old too. But the water pressure was good and there was a heater, thank goodness! The shower gel & shampoo smelled great as well. Unfortunately, the towels were old and looked worn out. Bottled water was provided for our daily consumption. However, there was no fridge in our little room. Since we had brought some food from Malaysia, we had kept them in the Hotel’s chiller near the lobby. The swimming pool was strategically located in the middle. We were so busy with daily tours that we could only use the pool on the last day. It was a good thing too as the pool water smelled of fish & algae. You’re better off not using it. The bean bags were useful for those wanting to relax and sunbathe. Our Hotel package was inclusive of breakfast. We had 2 breakfast choices to choose from, either Western or local. We chose the Western which consisted of salad, 2 sausages, bread, eggs of your choice, local fruits & coffee. The next day, we had to leave early for our daily tour & thus will miss breakfast. I had told the Hotel staff to pack the Western breakfast for us. Unfortunately, according to the staff, they were unable to do so as breakfast was prepared elsewhere & would arrive only after we had left the Hotel. With that in mind, I had instructed the staff to pack the breakfast so that we could eat it for dinner. When we came back, I had asked for the packed breakfast. Unfortunately, the staff didn’t understand my earlier instructions & had thrown away our food. English is not widely spoken or easily understood by the staff running the Hotel. We only got a taste of our Western breakfast the next day. Fortunately for us, it was quite delicious. Stay clear of this Hotel if you are a cleanliness freak. It only meets the basic requirement for a shower & sleep.…
We had initially booked for 5 nights but left after one. The hotel is Disgustingly filthy, there’s no hot water, the bed linen had stain and holes in them and I don’t even want to start on the bathroom. The breakfast was cold, sent it back and saw the condition of the kitchen and well I’m glad I didn’t eat the food. Stay away!
This hotel is very cheap, with only US$ 9 (i book via online booking service) you get : - spacious room - 32" LED TV - AC - Water heater - Small swimming pool - Friendly Staff and location is strategic (near airport and kuta area) cons are : - Need more cleanliness - Staff need to train how to housekeep This hotel suit for : short stay, waiting delayed / transit flight, or for you who only need place to sleep & rest because you busy exploring the island in whole day and night :D
Very basic hotel, not too clean. Bed was comfy. TV. Bathroom was a good size but no hot water. We had friendly ants in our room. Charging phones etc was a nightmare, sockets didn’t work well. Bathroom socket about the best. Internet didn’t work well in the room, I had to keep stepping outside in the corridor for it to work ok which wasn’t ideal.
This is a well appointed small hotel in a good area, easy to get around Kuta and Tuban area some fascinating places in the area.... We found that the linen and pillows had a very stale small about them which was enough for not to enjoy our stay as much as it should have been... Nice little pool.
